It was cheap and in a quiet area of the city, near the Stade Chaban-Delmas. Good for going to soccer games. The room was dirty and smelled as though someone had been smoking in it for many years, even though it is supposedly a non-smoking hotel. |

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and good value for money. The facilities were excellent, it was great to have a kitchen to cook in. It was in a great location, about 5-10 mins walk from the city centre. Parking facilities were very good. I would recommend this hotel. |

I liked how double studio was equipped. Fridge, all kitchen furnuture and stuff, microwave oven, etc. All this were pretty useful and in good condition. Room was clean and in general everything was ok. Room cleaning should not be made in the morning before 10 am. Better time for that is afternoon when most visitors are out of their rooms :-) |

Our stay at the hotel was as I had expected, having read previous reviews, there were stains on the carpet in the hallway. However, the room was clean, bathroom old and tiny but it served our purpose. There was a cook top, which made it possible to cook a simple meal and breakfast. The plus was free wifi. There were no tea or coffee sachets provided but we had own own. No dish cloth/detergent but provided for when requested at the desk, they had boxes given out on arrival, but did not tell us. The washing machine didnt work and we lost our money but it was owned by external company. |

They accommodated our bicycles in our room because of a theft outside the hotel the night before. Excellent service. |

The staff were excellent, we went to find accomodation for my daughter for university in Bordeaux, after having no luck the hotel offered student rates and we were able to leave her secure and comfortable . Breakfast was very disappointing thought a pain au chocolat and yogurt and french bread was not value for the 7.5 euros that we paid. |

Good carpark, Large room with a kitchenette, close to town, friendly staff, good facilities - pool, laundry etc The hotel was also a residence and a lot of the people were very rude to tourists |

It was okay. Not memorable, just okay. Reasonably close to the city I guess. There was no one at the hotel after 6pm on Sunday, so when I arrived, everything was locked. I had no idea what to do, then another traveler let me in and told me about the late policy where you have to call someone to get a code to open a safe to get your key. Problem is, the safe is inside the building that is locked. This should be made clearer. |

Hotel ran out of local maps and told me they were getting more, but they did not. They gave me the wrong code to get my car out of the garage. The lights in the hall way would not turn on to get to your room at certain times so it was completly dark, and you guessed where your room was. The garage lights were very dark and I beep to see my car because it was pitch black where it was parked. |

6EUR for breakfast is fairly expensive. We just got some coffee, milk and bread. Not fruits. Some electric plugs at the room were not working. The floor's corridor was only illuminated by the emergency lights, the normal lights were broken. |
