Staff, location, and value for money
A Good place to stop . Bordeaux is a nice place to break the journey. The car parking facilities were great. Fairly close to the centre and the children liked the access to the swimming pool
Room was excellent. Staff were very friendly helpful and welcoming.
A bit of a walk from the centre or tram. But quality of apartments more than compensated,
Apartments were very small maybe suitable for short stay but we stayed for one week, when we complained about size and wanted to move out they refused to refund all of our money so we had no choice but to stay. Our rooms didn't get cleaned for the week we stayed, when we looked for clean towels and toilet paper we were charged 5 euro per item per person. We booked these apartments because there was a pool but the pool belonged to other apartments which means to get to the pool you had to go out main door of the building use a code to enter a gate at car park and use a second code to enter a gate at pool . Myself and my five friends would not book these apartments again
Nice, clean apartment. Also had a small swimming pool, which was great. Good location, friendly staff.
- proximity to the city centre - quiet location - clean & functional
- parking at € 15 per night - no charm
I was impress with the spotless cleanliness and décor. The reception staff we very friendly and helpful and the pool was also clean and quiet.
The room was a little on the small side i.e only room for x 1 bedside table but it was good value for what we paid so didn't mind too much.
Parking outside the hotel we not so easy and felt that might someone break and steel from the car
Parking expensive for the area
We were pleasantly surprised to find spacious rooms. We booked a double room for 2 people for myself and a second double room for 2 adults and 2 children. The latter room on the fourth floor had a balcony and French window which was an unexpected addition. The rooms and facilities were scrupulously clean. The shower in my double room was old but clean and adequate.
A major reason for booking this hotel was its swimming pool. We read reviews from previous guests who said the pool was unavailable. It was not available for our trip and we felt we'd been conned and should have been offered a discounted price as an important facility was not available. There is undercroft parking but you need to pay and collect an electronic pass from reception before driving into the parking area.
location, parking facility, value for the money.
Basically everything. My room was spacious, my bed was comfortable, I had a nice, big window, staff members were courteous and very friendly, the hotel was easy enough to find, I had a mini-kitchen and fridge of my own, and all of the facilities, such as the bathroom, were very new.
It wasn't near any cafes or restaurants, though there was a supermarket nearby. Also, I couldn't get downstairs via the stairs, as the door at the bottom of the stairwell wouldn't open. Perhaps this was my fault, though, and not the hotel's.
Well equipped kitchenette and table and chairs allowed us to save money and sample life as a local.
The bed was quite hard
Room a little small
Parking was so far underground that it was very secure. Huge bathroom.
No staff at reception on bank holidays. No kettle.
The apartment studio was very good and matched my needs. Especially since I could cook. The staff were very friendly helpful and could speak English. Very close to the main sites of attraction in Bordeaux especially the tram.
I had to throw trash away twice and I had to take it outside in broad daylight. Also no blender so restricted in my choice of meals. Also don't forget the city tax. It should be included in the price to pay at the facility.
nice room and bathroom. indoor parking for normal price. pls mind their reception working hours to call in advance for keys in safe if you plan to arrive outside o f those hours.
limited hot water - just 50 litres, which is not enough for 2 persons (taking into consideration that i washed my long hair). hair drywer is available only at reception - but provided immediately, so it's just a little inconvenience to go downstairs to reception in the morning
The hotel is in a quiet location and a few minutes walk to the centre. It's quite basic but the room was very clean and staff friendly. I recommend going to a little restaurant round the corner in Place Rodesse. Not expensive, lovely food and less touristy than in the squares in the centre.
Wi-fi kept dropping connection and was very slow. No iron and hair dryer in the room.
Great price close to city centre
A lot of access codes for parking, in and out of hotel door etc even during the day.
Lot of space, clean, price.
Location was farther from city center than advertised. Would not be comfortable for 4 persons as advertised.
The intelligent way everthing was laid out.The room was small but everything was arranged in such a way that it seemed big.
There was no kettle to boil water for tea. The cups were very small and not big enough for tea or chocolate. Some oh the electricity outlets were coming away from the wall.
The staff is really great - very helpful, polite and professional.
Rooms could be cleaned twice a week instead of once.
Very central to shops, bars and restaurants
Very close to the center of Bordeaux very kind staff
The breakfast wasn't worth the 8 euros, especially when there's an awesome bakery very close to the aparthotel (<5min)
