Excellent staff, very helpful with directions, VG English.
The staff was very friendly & helpful. There was a Carrefour nearby ( 5mins walk) which was very useful.
The hotel is slightly in a residential area, not many shops or restaurants nearby.
The staff were very helpful. The location and value for money was good, about a 10 mins walk to the centre of Bordeaux and a tram stop (place Pey Berland). A nice small Carrefour Express shop nearby. Good kitchen/fridge facilities. Nice and quiet.
The bed (single) I had was very basic, and not particularly comfortable. The wifi signal was variable and the speed not great, ok for email and basic browsing but slow for Skype. I would pay an extra Euro a day for a faster connection.
Quiet, good value. Decent sized rooms with small kitchen.
About 10-15 mins walk to the city, fine for us as a young couple but maybe not ideal for people nit wanting to walk so much. But for a more central place to stay the cost is much higher of course.
The location is still within walking distance of Bordeaux centre, if you have no trouble on foot. A metro stop is just a few minutes away. While the kitchenette is small, the ability to just do your own food is nice - for us it was less a question of cost than of just relaxing together instead of being out. The room was quiet and decently large in the price class. The paid safe parking option was very useful to us. Staff was very friendly and helpful on arrival and when we left.
The beds were unconfortably hard. We're not that spoiled, but this were the least comfortable beds on the trip.
I went to Bordeaux for a figure skating competition and the otel was very close to the ice rink and also to the tram station. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. You can also cook in your room whatever you want. All the receptionists were very kind and friendly. I absolutely suggest this otel!
The only missing thing was hair dryer for me.
Near to the tram and supermarket Friendly staff Good local restaurants
Underground parking, 4 floors down and poor lighting.
No welcome at the reception, complicated check in. Cleaning of the room once a week only. I booked the room several month upfront but got a room facing the road only. Bad service!
walking-distance (15 mins) to city area super market nearby kitchen is nice with complete equipment
daily cleaning/towel replacement not available wardrobe broken
Rooms tiny and impossible to move round in. Requested to be moved from first room. 2nd one better but still most uncomfortable. No recourse as they charge your crd as you book and say their no cancellation policy entitles them to do this. Angry as I always pa7 cash to avoid additional charges. Consider booking.com should advise customers that they have NO CHANCE to pay during their stay.
Uncomfortable rooms. Awkward shower. Car park difficult to access. Not much in way of restaurants near the hotel.
Perfect base for exploring the city.Kitchen facilities save cash on breakfast and lunches. Pool is a welcome respite in a hot city. Lovely balcony for enjoying a glass of wine on a warm evening.
Check in on a saturday is closed between 12 -2pm which is a bit awkward especially if tired after a long flight
No airco in the room. No towel change by a 5 night stay.
Not that far from the center (around 10 minutes walk). Friendly and competent staff (we told that we would arrive late so they prepared everything for us).
The pool is very small and is shared with all the residents of the building block and has not a lot of available seats. I thought it was a bit a misleading to advertise the pool, when you see how it looks like - you cannot really enjoy the pool. No charm but industrial studio'S. The fridge made a lot of noise, we had to unplug it. The parking is very expensive.
Location and friendly staff. 15 minutes walk from the Tourism office and historical Bordeaux.
The mattress was so hard, I thought it was a plank.
Lift, staff, pool, lovely restaurant around corner.
Bit too far from city when you have lots of luggage. Taxi expensive, long walk to bus stop
Nice apartment in a good location.
If you arrive late in the evening, especially on weekend, you need to get the keys to your room from a safe which is a bit tricky.
Staff, location, and value for money
A Good place to stop . Bordeaux is a nice place to break the journey. The car parking facilities were great. Fairly close to the centre and the children liked the access to the swimming pool
Pool, staff, parking, location
Faint scent of urine in bathroom Bathroom too small roomservice on other day than indicated by staff
Room was excellent. Staff were very friendly helpful and welcoming.
A bit of a walk from the centre or tram. But quality of apartments more than compensated,
Apartments were very small maybe suitable for short stay but we stayed for one week, when we complained about size and wanted to move out they refused to refund all of our money so we had no choice but to stay. Our rooms didn't get cleaned for the week we stayed, when we looked for clean towels and toilet paper we were charged 5 euro per item per person. We booked these apartments because there was a pool but the pool belonged to other apartments which means to get to the pool you had to go out main door of the building use a code to enter a gate at car park and use a second code to enter a gate at pool . Myself and my five friends would not book these apartments again
Nice, clean apartment. Also had a small swimming pool, which was great. Good location, friendly staff.
- proximity to the city centre - quiet location - clean & functional
- parking at € 15 per night - no charm
I was impress with the spotless cleanliness and décor. The reception staff we very friendly and helpful and the pool was also clean and quiet.
The room was a little on the small side i.e only room for x 1 bedside table but it was good value for what we paid so didn't mind too much.
Parking outside the hotel we not so easy and felt that might someone break and steel from the car
Parking expensive for the area
