Breakfast, If you can call it that, was POOR! If one does not arrive fairly early, you maybe out of luck to get anything !! And price too steep for items provided.

Location, parking, price.

Since we arrived at hotel one person of the staff treat us in a very rude way. The day we left we have the bad luck to be attendent by the same women, is a pitty we didn't take her name but she again treat us in the same way as the beginning. Up to now we couldn't forget the bad moment we had.

I loved the rich French theme of this hotel. All facilities are available, the gardens are delightful, the staff friendly and able to speak English which made our accomodation easier. We were able to use the cooking facilities. We loved ths location and accomodation.

Quiet, safe, clean.

The room bit dark, the signal of access the hotel is not obvious.

I have stayed here on many occasions and return for the location and value. Howev, this stay was very disappointing and I will not be turning or recommending it again,

On arrival the receptionist was rude beyond belief. She was also very aggressive, unwelcoming and full of attitude. The room allocated on the ground level was only adequate and not as well appointed as any of the rooms I had occupied on previous visits. This was the first time my travelling companion had stayed in the accommodation and it will also be his last. The rudeness of the receptionist was direct in equal measure to both of us. When I mentioned that I had stayed in Bastide du Roy Rene several times before, her reply was 'things are different now'. She could not have said truer words and the biggest change was the large helping of rudeness delivered on arrival. I have complained to the Manager and I intend to take the matter further. A very good relationship with accommodation I loved staying in has been ruined.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel! Although it is close to the auto route, it has the spirit of an old chateau provencale. The bus stop is near the hotel, so it is very easy and fast to get to the city center. As it is close to the road, then all trips to other parts of Provence are also very comfortable. Staff of the hotel is very friendly. At one moment we did not have warm water, but this problem was solved very quickly. Kitchenette has all needed equipment. Everything is clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful terrace in front of our apartment which we used for dinners. The parking is good and secured.

A very beautiful country house with an imprssive jardin. Just beside the hill. You can see the St. Victoria. The staff is very helpful. The door must be opened by code. It is really very assuring. The room is clean and comfortable. The terminal staion of bus L3, which goes to the city center, is in front of the hotel.

It's really very difficult to find it. If you drive, find the IBIS first, which has an obvious sign. The only way you can reach the city center quickly is bus L3, which doesn't work on Sundays. To catch the train in Sunday morning, we had to walk like 40 minutes to go to the railway station, with luggage. The reception is not open 24h.

Location, comfort, design

There were unpleasent incident at breakfast. A group of Swiss guests stayed at the hotel, which got a different breakfast than other guests in the same breakfast room ( unexpectadly small) they got additionally ham and other charcuterie-when I asked where was the ham for us, I was told that the Swiss guys were friends of the hotel owners and they purchased ham specially for them. I suppose that it might be the case, but it was done in the presence of other guests, which did not produce a good impression...

Good breakfast, nice building, quiet, staff friendly, bus stop right outside the door (buses every 10 mins to centre of town - takes 10 mins for €1). Really good for a budget city break

La battisse a beaucoup de caractère. Il y a une kitchenette permettant d'y séjourner et de prendre ses repas. C'est assez près du centre ville et tout près de l'autoroute. Bien insonorisé.

En fonction du vent on entend un peu l'autoroute, si la fenêtre est ouverte afin d'avoir l'air. Pas encore ascenseur pour le 1er étage.

La chambre en rez de chaussée est parfaite pour 4 en famille. Sdb nikel. Chambre nikel. Kitchenette nikel. Parking sécurisé. Nous reviendrons :)
