Adagio Access La Défense - Place Charras

I liked having the fridge, two rings and microwave. They provided all the pans and plates and cutlery I needed, and it meant I didn't need to find restaurants every evening.

The walls and door were very thin and I could hear other people quite clearly, but no-one was particularly noisy.

* Staff was friendly and helpfull * near metrostation La Defense and Paris

* Strangely enough on the 3th floor , we had ants in the bathroom * breakfast (extra, not included) is better to take outside the hotel, quite expensive for what you get

The location is nice

The hotels corridors look dirty, smell bad. The rooms bathroom is terrible and the carpert looks very bad

OK value for money for Paris

Apartment not cleaned daily if you stay for more than a couple of days

Relatevily cheap for Paris prices, not so distant from metro - 10min walk, some restaurants and coffees near by. In the room you have some kettle and kitchenette, free wifi

Looks a bit old, needs renovation, smelly as some neighbours were cooking curry, mold in the bathroom and the toilet seat was broken

Friendly staff , quite hotel.

The smelly long corridor in the 6th floor.During my 4nights stay ; The smell of cooking spices never been removed.

Convenient location, friendly staff, close to transportation and shopping; useful kitchen and fridge

No space to store suitcase; missed some small things in the kitchen; WiFi access via Web portal is not very convenient (but no real problems)

The Location

The Corridor, the passages are stinking... Floor kits need to be changed.

The only thing which didn't upset me is it had clean bedclothing. If you are very budget tight family then you may consider it but it's still pricy.

Everything is shabby, worn out. Room was cold and tiny size, windows (french style) wouldn't close properly, minimum furnitures and they are cheap,

The hotel is very well located. You can get the companies' area just some minutes walking. The room is very quiet.

It is very old. It smells bad.

Neat and cute room. No hazzles. Silent atmosphere. No intrusiveness.

Reception staff (some of them) appeared too impersonal, which is least expected in a hotel like this.

The price of the hotel was budget friendly, it is located close to the train (metro) station where one can access other places in France. The availability of kichennet in the rooms to enable guests cook meals of their choice, makes the hotel home away from home.

Some of the staffs may need to learn English languege for effective communication with guests who don't understand French. Also while communicating, they should always put up a smile so that guests will feel welcome. Personally, I will Improve on my French Languege. Some of the kichen utencils (pot cover were missing) and the bed cover (blankets) were old enough to be replaced.

Everything was fine: placement, room, all equipment... The room was big, quiet, warm. We had everything we needed including microwave, knifes, spoons, salad spoons, plates etc. Everything worked like a charm.

Dont like, because I expected it to better based on photo , description in the website.

Quiet area close to transportation and shopping. Fantastic view of La Defense highrises (at least from my room). Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access around the clock. Did not use the kitchenette much but it seems quite well equipped.

Safe box did not work and water tap was leaking a bit but it did not bother me much so I did not report it -- probably like others before me otherwise it would be fixed already =)

Clean, comfortable, self-catering facilities, value for money.

Could do with a few more utensils, and a kettle!
