Das Hotel ist zwar sehr einfach gehalten, aber es ist sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Besondersd hat uns gefallen, das wir kostenloses Internet nutzen konnten obwohl es natürlich nicht super schnell war! Leider liegt das Hotel etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Trotzdem ist es noch ziemlich zentral, ca. 10min laufen und man ist im Zentrum. Die Öffnungzeiten der Rezeption sind leider sehr unpraktisch gelegt, weil man erst ab ca 15uhr einchecken kann und vorher die Rezeption gechlossen ist und man somit noch nicht mal seine Koffer dort unterbringen kann! |

Close to town centre, off-road parking, nice Sunday market nearby. This is clearly a hotel with long term residents. Our room was next door to some very noisy people and this spoiled our stay, even after complaining to staff. We thought there were more people in the room than there should have been, it certainly sounded like that. Our friends were in a different part of the hotel and had no such problems. Don't let it put you off. The staff did their best to help. Probably best to have breakfast in the hotel as there isn't much nearby unless you go right into the town centre. |

The reception staff were excellent - really helpful and spoke good English. The room was comfortable and the area reasonably quiet as it was a little way (10mins walk) from the city centre. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the only mirror was in the bathroom which when there were 3 girls sharing was not ideal! |

The room was quiet. It was just a short walk to the city center. Breakfast was very good (for French standards). The staff was friendly. We booked a 2-bedroom appartment but got 1 big room instead. The room was very large but I would have preferred two smaller rooms (I was travelling with my children and parents). The elevator broke down and they did not offer my elderly parents to help carry their luggage to the room. |

The small kitchen was a nice touch and the location was a pretty good, a little further out, but still close enough. Getting into and out of the building was tricky; we didn't have a key to building so we just hoped the door was propped open. |

Central location. Good bus service to station Lille Flandres. Secure garage. Receptionist on duty when we arrived was not helpful. All other staff were fine. Photo misleading, it is of a museum in the city. |

Nice friendly staff, big room, quite well equipped with lots of cupboard space, desk and a good bathroom. Room and bed were pretty cold, wireless internet didn't work once in 24 hours, no kettle. |

It's a modern infill development, quite close to the heart of Lille, with very pleasant and attentive staff, decently sized rooms and decent facilities. It's located in a quiet street in an upmarket area of the city. Having in the past paid a lot more for hotel rooms with fewer facilities, I was more than happy with what was offered and would certainly stay there again. There is a bus service from the city centre to a stop on the adjacent rue Nationale, but it doesn't seem to be very frequent. And, as the facility doubles up as a student residence, you might occasionally get a little bit of noise late at night. But neither of those points really bothered us. (The city centre's 15 minutes' walk away and the noise soon abated.) But if you're the kind of person who wants everything on tap, you might be better staying in a city centre hotel. |

closeness to the city centre 1. we could not check in before 2 pm. We arrived at 11 am and had to wait til l2 pm which was very inconvenient 2. no pillow cases on pillows 3. no facilities for an extra bed or mattress for a child 4. no single beds ,.just two double beds which makes it difficult for a family with a girl and boy 5. the picture on the web site was completely different and very misleading. we chose the hotel becasue it looked different to the usual hotels but the picture did not reflect the truth |

These hotel is great value for the money.. it has a small kitchen all equipped a fridge and a microwave oven... so you can cook and make your trip cheaper.. The room consists in a kitchen a bathroom and the room itself. All seems very tidy, the receptionists speaks English fluently and was very helpfull. It's located about 15/20 minutes walking from gare lille flandres and about 10m from the center so no big deal. |

Leaving the room The sheets were dirty and there were hairs from previous occupant, there was no instruction on how to lift the plug in the sink - a dirty rusty lever situated under the sink behind the waste pipe was the answer - a disgrace! |
