Leaving the room The sheets were dirty and there were hairs from previous occupant, there was no instruction on how to lift the plug in the sink - a dirty rusty lever situated under the sink behind the waste pipe was the answer - a disgrace! |

Central for the city. Large room with seperate bedroom preovides Some privacy if sharing with children or other guests. fridge and microwave very handy. Room cleaned daily, but kitchen area guest need to clean themselves. Large car park, we manageed to get a 4x4 in with care Room decor very basic, needs attention and some maintanace, cupboard doors fallind off, midddle sliding door not working. cookinf facilities basic, not enough pans or crockery. no lift to some rooms. We were not given to room we booked initiallly, but were transfered when we complained. Make sure you email in advance if you need the setperate rooms or need a lift. |

Small kitchen convenient for family with children Bookings.com reservation was not received by hotel. We therefore had to take 2 double rooms instead of a 2-room appartment. |

The fact I had the facilities in the accomodation to prepare food as being vegetarian it is not easy to always eat out. I was initially put off by the corridors as they seemed institutionalised rather like a college residence. |

Receptionist was the only staff we met and was exceptionally polite and firendly. She spoke very good English Unfortunately, the receptionist had to organise breakfast, wash up and check out customers. The breakfast room was so busy and over full and ran out of food, coffee and plates & cups. There should have been dedicated staff for the breakfast room. We did receive a refund for our non-existant breakfast. |

It was close to the venue we neeed to be at. Able to make drinks/snacks in the kitchenette. Very helpful staff. Nowhere to meet up with friends in the evening as the cafe wasn't open and there was no bar area. |

Cost is not much expensive. But the location is quite far from the metro station. I need to walk ~ 15 mins to the metro station. They don't clean my room dishes. Just leave in the room for 4 days. |

Location and friendly staff The room could have been dusted a bit more properly, breakfast can be improved, the bar in the breakfast room, and some of common space could be rennovated. |

Despite the description as being located in a lively area, in the summer when the university was closed it was very quiet yet offered good access to the centre of Lille.Once iside the room it was well sized, clean offered good facilities It was not a hotel in the strictest sense, this is a hall of residence. As such the recptionist is used to dealing with students and the assistence offered was zero. I suspect the validity of the parking charge of 8 euros per car. |

Good location, 15 minutes walking from old city center (Grand Place). The type of accommodation is pretty odd. The building is also a residential building, many rooms, also at ground level outside the building not pleasant to stay. Our room was inside the building, also with a window at alley level. Arrival in the garage is pretty easy but then there are not enough signs on how to exit the garage for the reception. No elevator from the garage, hard job with luggages |
