Staff were really nice Hotel was clean
Nothing sticks out
Friendly staff. Handy location - 15 minutes walk to the old town.
The accommodation was more like a student hall of residence than a hotel and the room was plain and bare. It was supposed to have a separate bedroom but all the beds were in the one room.
Kitchen is good, available even for 1 night stay.
Hot water in our room was only enough for 1 person to take a shower, then it become cold. Access to parking and from parking to rooms is tricky in dark time.
Good to have an elecrtric coffee maker and full sized fridge in the kitchen. Very helpful staff day and night
! good 15 minute walk from everywhere except the student nightlife districts - but buses are excellent andconnect easilly with the metro. You have to get used to not being able to step out the front door into the city centre.
Quite and not far from downtown
Quiet street close to city attractions. we were there for the Braderie weekend and the hotel was ideal for this.Convenience shop at end of street and good resteraunts nearby.Hotel is on one way street and is safe to park with no restrictions.
Despite booking a twin room 11 months in advance receptionist denied they had twin rooms and said they were fully booked. After a long conversation and my producing my booking confirmation she decided to check on the computer and we were given a room with a double bed and a sofa bed.
The staff was friendly.
The room didn't match the pictures on the booking website at all (it was much more basic, less nice and smaller). The ventilation system in the bathroom kept making noise at all times, even with everything turned off.
Location Price Staff Parking
Very close to the centre, easy to walk everywhere. Good parking (8 Euros per night) but ok as you don't have to find a space on the street. Very pleasant staff and helpful. Room was perfectly adequate and the kitchenette was excellent and well equipped. A very pleasant stay.
We had a first floor room which I think would have been better than the ground floor which may be a little dark and possibly not as private, as a lot of them seem to look on to the walk through areas.
It was basic but value for money and in a very good location within easy walking of city centre and near the entertainment/restaurant areas. Staff were friendly with an excellent receptionist.
The hotel had the ambience of an army barracks. There was no storage in the room and no kettle or coffee/tea welcome pack (future option perhaps?
Hotel staff were great, nice atmosphere, a fair location not far from the busy centres of town. plenty of cafes you can indulge in. All round a splendid experience.
Location is great.
Responsiveness of the personnel to clean the room daily... Broken shower
The ambience. The very good kitchenette. The bathroom and the supply of towels.
No arm chairs. Noise at night.
Location was good, good to have a kitchen, and digital channels in different language's. Cl8se to the zoo, market and town center.
It' s really quite and near the center! Just what you need for a fee days or a weekend.
The quality of the bed... and a little bit more in the kitchen should be nice.
Parking was excellent. The location is very close to most of the nightlife and a short walk to the old town. Excellent value for money.
The building and facilities are a little dated, though for the price this is not really an issue.
overall good value for money
one room smelt of smoke
Fantastic location. Great value private parking for piece of mind with a car full of luggage. Good value. Friendly staff
Booked as had got the impression there was a sliding door to separate the double room from room where child's bed was- wasn't so- wasn't a problem in the end as we were all so tired we went to sleep at the same time
Noisy and no staff before 15:00!
Location in Lille
One member of staff, the lady present upon arrival was very rude and unhelpful. She refused to explain things well. One of the rooms booked was previously occupied by a very heavy smoker who smoked in the room, but that was not cleaned. When requested a replacement room, that member of staff, was extremely awkward. But later for whatever reason, she did change her mind.
Onsite parking at reasonable rates
room was cold & I couldn't get heating on
Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Accessible, secure parking underneath hotel.
Room cleaning was only partial Furniture very minimal. (No furniture except a bed in bedroom and no comfortable chair anywhere. Only clothes hanging was in kitchen. No drawer space at all
The staff were very helpful with any of our enquiries. It was a relatively quiet location with all we required.
The lighting in the rooms was a little poor. The shower was very small and drained very slowly.
location and wide bed. quiet room
water remained in the sink. several long black hairs in the bed and in the bathroom (could not be mine, because I have short and grey hair). Rather shabby place
There were plenty of kitchen utensils available.
There was no hot water at night and it charged 5 euros for a towel.
