Good location and suited our family well. We only stayed for one night and did not use the kitchen facilities nor ate breakfast at the adagio.
The twin/single beds were very narrow but we still had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was small and needed updating but fine for the price.
staff friendly breakfast good room facilities good and very clean on-site parking location good easy to get to value for money would definitely stay there again
a bit of a large step up into shower quite a tight drive into underground parking wobbly paving slabs
Place is 10-15 minute walk from city centre and many local universities. Amentites are really good and size of the room was pretty good. Private entrance and separated buildings was a nice thing. There is one small shop just few meters from the hotel and one big one down the road. There are lots of bike rentals nearby.
Beds are pretty small for two person, wi-fi is pretty bad and staff (even tought it was warm and pleasent) sometimes gave us wrong information regarding the transport in and out of Lille. It is not modern hotel.
Location is great (10 min from the city centre).
The cleaning wasn't included because we stayed "only" 4 nights; the breakfast first morning was rather poor (the butter and the eggs were missing and they didn't care much); if you want fresh towels and toilet paper, you get them at the reception and then carry them to your room; the door of the toilet in the room couldn't be closed completely. Otherwise good value for the price.
No hot water, nothing to eat for the breakfast
Rooms were great, superb value
After traveling for 10 hours, was made to wait 2 hours for check in..... Even after an accepted early chexk in request.
Very good value for money. Accommodation was simple but clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful when I needed assistance. Wifi is included and performs well.
Electric sockets in the room are limited and placed behind the desk which can be awkward.
Personnel was good and helpful, location is perfect - still city center, but not in the crowded part of it.
There wasn't a kettle in the room, only coffee maker and microwave oven (practically is enough, but we had only two days and didn't want to buy coffee to prepare it by ourselves). Wi-fi was poor but working
Great location near university. Basic but good accommodation. Very helpful staff including finding my phone adapter I left behind.
Decor could be upgraded. Shower a bit cramped with shower curtain rather than a cubicle.
Parking also the staff
On the morning of our departure we asked if breakfast was included in our tariff, the receptionist checked and said yes.Whilst then getting cereal and toast another woman came in to the restaurant and said you have to pay. We explained the previous conversation to her but she would have none of it.To add fuel to the fire she then demands 8 euros for parking for which we had already paid. She then changes to you owe 4 euros!!!!
Staff were really nice Hotel was clean
Nothing sticks out
Friendly staff. Handy location - 15 minutes walk to the old town.
The accommodation was more like a student hall of residence than a hotel and the room was plain and bare. It was supposed to have a separate bedroom but all the beds were in the one room.
Kitchen is good, available even for 1 night stay.
Hot water in our room was only enough for 1 person to take a shower, then it become cold. Access to parking and from parking to rooms is tricky in dark time.
Good to have an elecrtric coffee maker and full sized fridge in the kitchen. Very helpful staff day and night
! good 15 minute walk from everywhere except the student nightlife districts - but buses are excellent andconnect easilly with the metro. You have to get used to not being able to step out the front door into the city centre.
Quite and not far from downtown
Quiet street close to city attractions. we were there for the Braderie weekend and the hotel was ideal for this.Convenience shop at end of street and good resteraunts nearby.Hotel is on one way street and is safe to park with no restrictions.
Despite booking a twin room 11 months in advance receptionist denied they had twin rooms and said they were fully booked. After a long conversation and my producing my booking confirmation she decided to check on the computer and we were given a room with a double bed and a sofa bed.
The staff was friendly.
The room didn't match the pictures on the booking website at all (it was much more basic, less nice and smaller). The ventilation system in the bathroom kept making noise at all times, even with everything turned off.
Location Price Staff Parking
Very close to the centre, easy to walk everywhere. Good parking (8 Euros per night) but ok as you don't have to find a space on the street. Very pleasant staff and helpful. Room was perfectly adequate and the kitchenette was excellent and well equipped. A very pleasant stay.
We had a first floor room which I think would have been better than the ground floor which may be a little dark and possibly not as private, as a lot of them seem to look on to the walk through areas.
It was basic but value for money and in a very good location within easy walking of city centre and near the entertainment/restaurant areas. Staff were friendly with an excellent receptionist.
The hotel had the ambience of an army barracks. There was no storage in the room and no kettle or coffee/tea welcome pack (future option perhaps?
Hotel staff were great, nice atmosphere, a fair location not far from the busy centres of town. plenty of cafes you can indulge in. All round a splendid experience.
Location is great.
Responsiveness of the personnel to clean the room daily... Broken shower
The ambience. The very good kitchenette. The bathroom and the supply of towels.
No arm chairs. Noise at night.
Location was good, good to have a kitchen, and digital channels in different language's. Cl8se to the zoo, market and town center.
