Very good location. Staff were marvelous. The pull out bed was very unconfortable. It would be better if room 212 had a full double bed rather than a sofa bed. |

Very close proximity to train station and within walking distance to the Grotto and Sanctuaries. We booked a quad room expecting four beds in one room but were pleasantly surprised to be given two adjoining double rooms with separate bathrooms. Continental breakfast was quite satisfying. Overall, good value for a three star hotel. No Internet access in the lobby. |

The hotel was wonderful value for money. The staff were most friendly and cooperative. If we travel to Lourdes again, we will try to stay there. |

Next to Train Station, so very convenient, as we were leaving on a very early train. Also, only a 10 minute walk to the Lourdes Shrine (Church) |

Clean and efficient. The lack of character could be a problem for some. OK for an overnight stay - I wouldn't like to stay longer. Kitchen not very practical Microwave high up! |

The employee at the reception is very kind and welcoming. The personell of the hotel is also kind and polite. The atmosphere is really pleasant. The hotel room is not really clean. The bed covers are stained, the floor has not been washed for a while and the (internal side of the) windows is stained. Moreover I found hairs in the bathroom, which had been cleaned in a pretty superficial way. |

Good rooms. We spent 4 nights here with my elderly parents. Very central.15 mins to Grotto, which was good. Not too near all the souveneer shops. Apartment had most things although we did have to purchase a sharp knife. They did'nt have one when we asked. The fold up bed in our room was uncomfortable and we could have done with extra pillows, but they did'nt have them either. Otherwise, very nice and meet our needs. |

The staff was very nice and helpful. It is placed very near to the train station and to the Grotto there is some noise always to hear from the loud street outside. i found no remote control for the TV and no information where i could get it. The coffee machine downstairs was not so good and there was no tee. |

The staff was friendly, the rooms were roomy, clean, sound proof and air conditioned and not too far away from the sights but not right in the middle of town. |

Rooms are very large and comfortable, the hotel is right next to the train station, which was very practical for us, and the town center is only ten minutes walking away. |

The room was huge, there was arir conditioning, small kitchen, plenty of sitting room and internet access. We missed our train and did not make it to the hotel until late at night after reception closed, the hotel made arrangements with me to make sure that I was able to get into the room. They also stored our storage while waiting for our train. Awesome and great price ! |

We had two room appartment, it was really spacious - great for families with young children. We also had two of everything (kitchen, bathroom), even more than we needed. One room had really bad sofa, it was good enough for kids who are light, but I doubt that an adult could have good night sleep there. |

It is only a short walk from the town and the staff were very pleasant. There were cooking facilities including microwave/grill, hobs, a fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc so ideal if you didn't want to eat out every day. |
