I already answered the hotel's questionaire. The scope of our visit was to visit the Sanctuary. the location is very close to the Sanctuary. The receptionist speak english well and are very courteous. The place is very clean and had a balcony overlooking the street. The breakfast was very good except for the coffee which I found out to be the taste of milk. I will surely return to the hotel and recommed it to my friends. I wish there were bed side tables, otherwise nothing else to complain about. |

Very close to the side entrance to the Sanctuary. Its not a hotel per se, is like a condo-hotel but without the hotel services. Staff is not too helpful, it seems like they are there just to keep and eye on people coming in and out (i.e. open at around 7AM, close from 12 to 2PM, then leave again at around 7PM or so). If you arrive late they will leave the keys for you in a safebox in front of the elevator. Studio room is very very small. |

Everything (except below). Good location, wonderful view, clean room with complete amenities. Heater. Clean bathroom. Value for money. The staffs could be more warm. I'm also a little bit comfortable that they demand the payment in advance, as if they don't trust the guests (this is a pilgrimage place after all). But overall, it was an excellent experience. |

The location is very close to sanctuary and many souvenirs' shops. The shower for 4 people appartement is not really good. No seperate shower cabin. We used GPS navigation to the hotel, but somehow it was not really easy to find this hotel |

It is a good place to stay for a Pilgrimage to Lourdes. VERY basic, but sufficient. Rooms with a balcony facing the river and street are best. Good value. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel fell fall short of expectations--in both the public spaces and the individual rooms. |

Proximity to the Basilica, which was within easy walking distance. A small kitchen was available (although we did not use it). On recommendation of other reviews, we skipped the breakfast. Difficult to find and lack of parking. |

The convenience of self catering and not being restricted by set meal times. No kettle in the room and not enough pillows. Kitchen area slightly too limited i.e. no food preparation area. Microwave too high for safe use. |

The location, and the convenience of a room with catering facilities I have still (2 weeks after I returned home) not received a response to the email I sent a week before my stay enquiring about arrangements for arrivals after reception had closed. In the event, we were able to arrive during opening hours, but failing to respond to email demonstrates very poor customer service. |

When I was out of the hotel and the shower. I did not like the fact that they try to provide us with services from which they know they will get benefits from (ex:taxis) I did not like the time of closure for check in anf the time of opening for check out. I hated the fact that my room was full of ants on the floor and worse the bedding was disgustingly full of fleas !!!!!!! reason why I enjoyed using the shower twice in a day ! |

The hotel was nice and warm (very cold weather during our stay), and it was very handy for the Sanctuaries and the Grotto. Reception only opened between 9 and 12 and again between 2 and 6 pm, the rest of the time there was only an emergency number to contact. The rooms (we had a two-room suite) were fairly small although adequate. |
