Convenience of situation, car parking and the kitchenette facility. Slight smell of smoking having been done in the room and corridors.One pillow cover was not clean but was replaced immediately upon report. |

Location close to metro Staff not very helpful. First they had run out of parking spots but could not really help me as to where else I could park. I had to consult other local people to find a parking spot. Second, we stayed one night and had no running water in the morning. Apparently there was a leak and was getting fixed but we were still asked to check out by 11 am. |

Sehr freundlich. Entspannt großes Zimmer. Eine kleine Küche mit allem was benötigt wird zur Selbstverpflegung (Kaffeemaschine, Microwelle, 2-Plattenherd, Kühlschrank, Geschirr+Besteck). Langsames W-LAN. Es liegt in "Hörweite" der Metrostrecke. |

Facilité d'accès à l'hôtel ( voiture, bus, métro ), personnel aimable et à l'écoute, petit-déjeuner simple mais complet. Très bonne isolation phonique avec la rue et les autres voisins. Chambre située au dernier étage sur l'angle : Un bruit sourd, irrégulier et incéssant semblant venir de tuyauteries... Pb signalé à la réception. A tester la semaine prochaine dans une chambre à un autre étage... |

Il ya eut 2 fausses alertes incendies a 7h30 du matin, personnes pour encadrés les clients ! Ensuites pas d'explication sur la situation ni d'excuses de la part du peu de personnel présent à ce moment là ! Vraiment on sent le manque de formation et de qualification des employés. Très dommageable pour l'image de citéa. |
