Stayed just for one night and the Hotel was good, the room was clean, they had free wireless, the AC started off weak but then at night it got better. Location was a bit far for walking to city center but the metro was very close. |

I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff who helped in any way they could and answered all my questions. The bath was very slippy. I have osteoporosis and was in fear of falling whilst taking a shower. This was not the fault of the staff but the nature of the bath. |

Good location - about 20 minutes walk to Vieux Port. Parking was fully reserved (2 weeks in advance) and there is no where to pull up to the hotel to drop off bags or check-in. Room was older and smelled of old cigarette smoke. |

Close to Gare St Charles station and on Main road. Staff were reasonable helpful and room was a good size and clean. Close to metro. Do not rely on street parking book ahead for carpark spot. Limited parking and although prebooked was initially told no parking available, however eventually sorted out. Good parking underground when organised. |

The value/cost ratio of this hotel is quite good. It is close the the Palais des Congrès Parc Chanot, where our conference were. Easy access by metro, 30 min walking time to Old port and to the sea, quiet place, friendly staff. The kiosk on the ground floor doesn't have any water, only soda. That was not handy :) |

Qualité de l'accueil et disponibilité du personnel Situation de l'hôtel disponibilité des ustensiles de cuisine pour les gens qui veulent préparer La literie peut être améliorée. Il y une affiche qui vous demande de Nettoyer votre chambre avant de partir (cuisine semble-t-il) |

La situation de l hotel est ideale grace à la proximite des commerces.il est placé sur un grand axe strategique.son parking souterrain est tres appreciable. Rideau roulant hs _ Lattes du canapé hs. Le receptionniste s est montré plutot "meprisant" quand on lui a signalé ces desagements, ce qui a rendu notre sejour moins sympathique... |

alles in allem ein vernünftiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Marseille, alles ist per Fuß zu erreichen, aber auch gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden die Sauberkeit war relativ (aber nicht dreckig oder unhygienisch!) |
