Stayed just for one night and the Hotel was good, the room was clean, they had free wireless, the AC started off weak but then at night it got better. Location was a bit far for walking to city center but the metro was very close. |

I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff who helped in any way they could and answered all my questions. The bath was very slippy. I have osteoporosis and was in fear of falling whilst taking a shower. This was not the fault of the staff but the nature of the bath. |

Good location - about 20 minutes walk to Vieux Port. Parking was fully reserved (2 weeks in advance) and there is no where to pull up to the hotel to drop off bags or check-in. Room was older and smelled of old cigarette smoke. |

Close to Gare St Charles station and on Main road. Staff were reasonable helpful and room was a good size and clean. Close to metro. Do not rely on street parking book ahead for carpark spot. Limited parking and although prebooked was initially told no parking available, however eventually sorted out. Good parking underground when organised. |

Le studio proposé s'est révélé agréable et pratique. L'hôtel est situé à deux pas de la place Castellane. Il est possible de se garer devant l'établissement avenue du Prado (horodateur). L'heure de départ est fixée à 11h ce qui est tout de même un peu juste sachant que l'heure d'arrivée est à 14h. Il serait souhaitable de repousser d'une heure (12h) cette heure de départ. Par ailleurs, la réception ferme entre 12h et 14h, ce qui est dommage pour ce genre d'établissement. |
