Clean and comfortable.Would recommend.
bedding and bathroom
Would have liked TV to have had more english speaking channels. Cooking hob had no manual. The breaker had no adequate fuse amps as the breaker keeps going off if both the hob and the microwave are turned on simultaneously.
The proximity to transport links, the kitchenette, the size of the studio, the water pressure.
The cold reception service. Hot water was so limited that finished after one shower. The swimming pool area is in need of urgent renovation. The air vent in the room was so strong it rattled the crockery and so noisy it made sleeping difficult. Also the bed was too hard to be comfortable. The fact that the daily maid service was not included, considering we stayed five nights. That said, we would go back to this hotel, but there are some important aspects that need to be improved.
The location is perfect. Very close to the city centre, either by metro or walking, many nice restaurants around, few supermarkets closeby whixh gives you opportunity to have your own breakfast or dinner due to the kitchen facilities in the room. Also very clean room and comfortable bed.
everything is perfect.
the room was a good size, very comfortable, with a table and two chairs as well. Facilities for cooking were excellent. Nice light in the room. Good power points that all worked etc. Nice coffee machine - just didn't have any granules to use it. The staff did offer us a filter - but we had no coffee granules.
The swimming pool needs to have longer access hours. The reason why I booked here was for the pool and we couldn't swim after 7pm and it wasn't open in the morning until after check out time. - you've got a good looking pool - let your paying customers use it. (no jug, but we were able to use the pot and gas to boil water) Sell some coffee granuales in reception to use in the machine (we're travelling - we don't wont to have to go to the shop to buy something we can't use anywhere else).
Everything is perfect
Location was good, tube station close to the hotel.
Too small for a family with 2kids,not enough space in the wardrobe .
the location was perfect for me, the value for money was good.
I would have appreciated more flexibility when I requested a late check out ( noon instead of 11:00 am, which is not an outrageous request in my humble opinion), and a kinder tone in particular when answering " 11:30 max".
This 2 room apartment had a good bed, a good fold out bed, a very handy kitchenette with anything we could need, a reasonable sized shower over bath and separate loo. It's in a good location, close to restaurants and sites. Also very quiet.
A little dated, but really just fine.
We had a great stay.
We booked a one-bedroom apartment suite. For 3 people it's OK but for more than that think twice as it is small. I liked the balcony (very big with chairs and table). WC is separated from bathroom so you don't need to wait for others. Sofa bed was comfortable for one person. Swimming pool was small but comfortable. Staff were helpful enough. Laptop size safe-box are available in the room. A lot of dishes available in our room. Coffee maker, tea maker, glasses, and many other useful things for staying like you're living in your home!
No room cleaning and change of towel for staying less than 4 nights. You can ask them to clean the room on demand by paying 20 Euro each time. Also change of towels for each two person costs 5 Euro. Breakfast was poor (for 8 Euro), they only have yogurts, egg (boiled), creamy cheese, jams and a few other items but enough to start a good day in Marseille. You should put your key in the reception and some times wait for few minutes to receive it as other guests are talking with the front desk. No hairdryer in the room.
Nice and new renovated rooms. Safe parking. Not too far from the center.
The location. The metro is just round the corner. The room was freshly decorated and comfy. The kitchen facility was handy.
-very big and comfortable bed! -nice personnel -good access to metro -good equiped kitchenette
-only 1 room cleaning time during 11 days stay -tv channels almost only in french
the sweeming pool is good, but its location incide the building is not nice
staff was very nice and frindly
Comes with kitchen, nice and clean. Safe and locate at the hotel clusters.
Great rooms and staff
Bit of a walk to port and main cultural hub and restaurants
Great location, metro station nearby, supermarkets nearby. Very nice room, spacious, clean and practical.
Hotel breakfast was too expensive (8.40 euros per day).
Clean, convenient, helpful staff, good value for the studio apartment facilities.
Proximity to the Metro (2). Less than 10 minutes door to door from the Marseilles train station and 15 minutes from the center harbor area by Metro. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. WiFi access was fine. Apartment format allowed me to wash and dry clothes easily and the stove and refrigerator would have allowed one to prepare meals. The Petit dejuner was a bit limited is slightly less expensive than surrounding restaurants.
TV had a limited channel selection. No non-French channels.
The hotel is great. The room is spacious. Kitchenware are clean. We spent least money on this hotel of our trip but the quality is good on this one. We had free parking but you need reserve in advance.
Hot water is limited for the room every day . After my husband took a shower, there was not enough hot water for me to take shower. However, the staff let me take a shower in the other room at the end. Problem solved.
Was very clean, good location.
Swimming pool is aweful, dirty. Personal hardly speaking English.
The WiFi was OK.
The car park wasn't available which sadly was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. It ended up taking 45 minutes to find a place to park in the street. The hotel staff were very rude, totally ignoring me and the other guests at the counter whilst they spoke amongst themselves. The room was ridiculously small (even by French standards) and the air conditioning blasted out hot air. The room appeared to be clean on first inspection but on closer look revealed hairs in the shower and in the bed. I will be avoiding this hotel like the plague!
