clean, tidy and feel comfortable
not enough hot water and the location a bit far away from town centre but not realy important because it is near the metro station.
Close to the Metro Nice Tidy Room
Near to metro station and supermarket. Room is clean. Receptionist speak good English
Lack of restorant around the hotel
We were going to a rugby match at the velodrome stadium so the location was perfect.....approx. 15 minute walk from hotel to stadium.
Clean, tidy, staff excellent we did not have breakfast so no comment easy to find and and sign posted garage with lift direct to room, would stay again if rugby was in Marseille and only 20 mins walk toStade Veledrome.Excellent value plus a pool available.1
Bathroom a little small other than that all good.
Everything was good, room is comfortable, kitchen is very convenient and has everything for cooking! Personal is kind and helpful! And price is good!
Great location, close to the Velodrome, great staff, very good wi-fi connection, they have CANAL+.
comfortable room with handy little kitchenette, also has laundromat on ground floor. Alex at reception was fantastic helping us with a problem, made phone calls for us. good location in a fairly nice area.
Nice location in a nice area and Metro station is just a few meters away. Fridge air conditioner. Local parking albeit paid separately. Lively neighborhood. Swimming pool for those interested. Good wifi signal. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly staff.
No hairdryer. Bathroom had a little smell. A bit noisy. Toilet bowl not clean enough. It's kind of easy to miss the hotel itself as you need to enter what looks like a parking entrance to find the reception. Unexiting view from the window.
Apartment is good. New furniture, soft bed, clean and comfortably.
Clean and comfortable.Would recommend.
bedding and bathroom
Would have liked TV to have had more english speaking channels. Cooking hob had no manual. The breaker had no adequate fuse amps as the breaker keeps going off if both the hob and the microwave are turned on simultaneously.
The proximity to transport links, the kitchenette, the size of the studio, the water pressure.
The cold reception service. Hot water was so limited that finished after one shower. The swimming pool area is in need of urgent renovation. The air vent in the room was so strong it rattled the crockery and so noisy it made sleeping difficult. Also the bed was too hard to be comfortable. The fact that the daily maid service was not included, considering we stayed five nights. That said, we would go back to this hotel, but there are some important aspects that need to be improved.
The location is perfect. Very close to the city centre, either by metro or walking, many nice restaurants around, few supermarkets closeby whixh gives you opportunity to have your own breakfast or dinner due to the kitchen facilities in the room. Also very clean room and comfortable bed.
everything is perfect.
the room was a good size, very comfortable, with a table and two chairs as well. Facilities for cooking were excellent. Nice light in the room. Good power points that all worked etc. Nice coffee machine - just didn't have any granules to use it. The staff did offer us a filter - but we had no coffee granules.
The swimming pool needs to have longer access hours. The reason why I booked here was for the pool and we couldn't swim after 7pm and it wasn't open in the morning until after check out time. - you've got a good looking pool - let your paying customers use it. (no jug, but we were able to use the pot and gas to boil water) Sell some coffee granuales in reception to use in the machine (we're travelling - we don't wont to have to go to the shop to buy something we can't use anywhere else).
Everything is perfect
Location was good, tube station close to the hotel.
Too small for a family with 2kids,not enough space in the wardrobe .
the location was perfect for me, the value for money was good.
I would have appreciated more flexibility when I requested a late check out ( noon instead of 11:00 am, which is not an outrageous request in my humble opinion), and a kinder tone in particular when answering " 11:30 max".
This 2 room apartment had a good bed, a good fold out bed, a very handy kitchenette with anything we could need, a reasonable sized shower over bath and separate loo. It's in a good location, close to restaurants and sites. Also very quiet.
A little dated, but really just fine.
We had a great stay.
We booked a one-bedroom apartment suite. For 3 people it's OK but for more than that think twice as it is small. I liked the balcony (very big with chairs and table). WC is separated from bathroom so you don't need to wait for others. Sofa bed was comfortable for one person. Swimming pool was small but comfortable. Staff were helpful enough. Laptop size safe-box are available in the room. A lot of dishes available in our room. Coffee maker, tea maker, glasses, and many other useful things for staying like you're living in your home!
No room cleaning and change of towel for staying less than 4 nights. You can ask them to clean the room on demand by paying 20 Euro each time. Also change of towels for each two person costs 5 Euro. Breakfast was poor (for 8 Euro), they only have yogurts, egg (boiled), creamy cheese, jams and a few other items but enough to start a good day in Marseille. You should put your key in the reception and some times wait for few minutes to receive it as other guests are talking with the front desk. No hairdryer in the room.
Nice and new renovated rooms. Safe parking. Not too far from the center.
The location. The metro is just round the corner. The room was freshly decorated and comfy. The kitchen facility was handy.
