The room was large and the furniture and fittings were new and in very good state. It is simple and basic with no particular charm: a neutral, well-functioning stop-over. The room I had was very calm with windows that open onto a big shared courtyward away from the street. Hot water pressure was low and parking is difficult: apparently they have their own limited parking which you can book in advance for a fee. |

50m from tramstop Moulares on route to Odysseum. Quick check-in at 14.00u. Internet via provided cable. Basic accomodation at a fair price. Good if you are staying one or two nights in the city. |

Close to tram stop. Not bad because of quite big distance to city center. No conditioning; only 3 hair-driers for the whole hotel! You should ask one at the reception and back it soon, and do it every time - they a really chap devices, hotel should equip all the rooms with them; breakfast room is small comparing to the big hotel, and breakfast is not so good for this price - if you are going to the center, its better to take a breakfast in one of the charming restaurants, sitting outside (or inside if its cold), and it will be better and cheaper, very nice; if you are coming late or leaving early - its a problem because of only day- working reception, and they can not even come 10 minutes earlier in the morning-managing lady by phone was talking with me in very boorish manner..like she is paying money to me... |

price , staff person working at the breakfast area, courtyard, convenience. Rooms way too hot/styfling, could't get back into building when no one on reception, couldn't work safe box to deposit key as we left early second morning. Receptionist didn't explain what we needed to do for both of the above...we were given no details! |

Le calme, l'emplacement,le tram à la porte, le centre-ville accessible à pied, l'équipement mobilier ,frigo, four,télé ,accès internet,la salle de bain,le parking Difficulté pour y accéder l'accès en voiture n'est pas indiqué à cause des travaux environnants... |

Que me hayan dado facilidades para poder acceder al hotel fuera de horario, y que hayan respondido al telefono de emergencias rapidamente. Que no indiquen que es facil equivocarse porque hay otro hotel de la misma cadena situado a pocos metros de este. En mi caso, la persona que me llevó al hotel se confundió, y al no haber recepción por la noche estuve unos minutos sin saber cómo actuar. |

Die Lage. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle mit der man schnell ins Zentrum kommt. Die Ausstattung ist etwas karg. Der Duschvorhang zu kurz und beim Duschen steht dann das Badezimmer unter Wasser. |

La proximité du centre ville, la ligne de tram au pied de l'hôtel, la possibilité de garer sa voiture en sous sol. Les sanitaires qui ne paraissaient pas avoir été faits à notre arrivée ( serviettes précédentes non retirées, flacon de douche et savon déjà utilisés) |

Nous apprécié l 'appartement 4 personnes l acces simple avec les enveloppes préparées suite a une arrivée a l heure de fermeture des bureaux. Nous avions demandé deux lits une place du coup, un lit 1 place a éré rajouté dans la chambre avant notre arrivée. |

no me cobraron el parking, es una buena zona, bonita y muy tranquila. EL ascensor muy lento, las toallas con alguna mancha, muy caluroso, suerte que havia un ventilador en la habitacion y eso que fuimos en septiembre porque si vamos en agosto nos morimos de calor, todo lo otro bien |

chambre spacieuse chambre et ensemble de l'hotel surchauffé en période estivale (pas de climatisation), rendant la nuit très pénible en dépit d'un ventilateur. Places de parking peu nombreuses, donc stationnement réellement problématique. Code d'entrée très difficile à faire la nuit car non éclairé (il faudrait une loupe et une lampe de poche) : la sortie d'un résident m'a évité de coucher dans la rue ! |
