We liked the kitchen with fridge and microwave. 1. The water doesn't stay on temperature. 2. They mixed up the towels and gave a small towel instead of big one. By refresh of the towels they didn't set it right. We had to ask a second big towel at the desk. They didn't clean under the bed.

The hotel was basic but had cooking facilities which made a hugh difference as the prices in Nice were quite expensive The room smelt a little musty on arrival

very friendly and helpful multilingual staff. there was a problem with my booking, but staff sorted it out. excellent location, near to tram and bus stops, with art museum and the acroplois centre right on our door step clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchenette. staff kindly let us store luggage after we had checked out as our flight wasnt until the evening, enabled us to enjoy our last day more. didnt hear any noise from other guests. there is a swimming pool but doesnt open until may which was a shame. not as high standard as another adgaio access we had stayed in, did miss the bath and the bed wasnt as comfortable. also offered fewer cable channels.

Location (near the Acropolis), value for money, mini kitchen (cooker, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator), hotel staff, large room, Wi-Fi in the room. Don't like this kind of shower (without nosing), there is not kettle, on the hotel sign written - "Citéa".

Lovely welcome, very clean hotel.I Booked this apartment by chance and was very pleased.it had a fridge and hob in the room which was ideal for making snacks and hot drinks It was very clean and had enough untensils even washing up liquid and a tea towel.which you don t get if you holiday here in england. There was a safe in the room at no extra charge.it was about ten minutes walk from the main centre and ten minutes from the port.if you don t fancy the walk you could get the bus or tram which were very close by to take you around the city centre or the old town.

The location is really good with the old part of the town really close, as well as the main shopping areas. The sea isn't too far away. The cooking facilities in the room are useful, as well as the fridge. The bathtub is spacious. The breakfast is good enough. The breakfast room is quite small, so at times there isn't enough room for everyone (though there is room to eat outside, if the weather is nice). The pictures of the hotel were too promising, this isn't the most stylish place, but a good one.

It was handy with a little kitchen as I was able to prep breakfast for my partner whom is on a gluten free diet, location was close to everywhere we needed to go. Although there was a kitchenette in the room it was lacking basic things like a knives, kettle, dishcloth and washing up liquid which at the least I would have expected there.

If you don't mind walking the location just great. It is close to everywhere : beach, old city, city center, shopping etc. They have nice balcony where you can have breakfast and just rest. 1. The cleanless leaves much to be desired. Rooms need to have more lightening and a mirror in the room will be really useful. 2. The staff is maily very unprofessional (except one lady). It took them almost a month a several mails almost everyday to reimburs me for the additional night paid.

Very nice hotel. The kitchen in the room is a plus. About 15 minutes walk to the beach. And 5 minutes walk to the local supermarket Monoprix. A tramway nearby will link you to the railway station. My husband and I really enjoyed staying in the hotel. Almost nothing. We really liked it.

Easy to get to. Good transport links. Very helpful young lady on reception. Pool on roof cool but handy. Room was a bit small but nice and clean and reasonable value. Nice is a great base to explore the Cote D'Azur and the buses and trains are great value. Meals and drinks out can be very pricey. Monoprix supermarket is good value for all the basics such as bread and wine! Ask for a high room near the pool so more chance of getting a room with a balcony. Enjoy...we were there in September, weather was great and sea temps were fab for swimming. The neighbourhood is a little run down but hotel within walking distance of old town.

I was surprised that two stars hotel provided guests with air- conditioned rooms (actually air-conditioning is very-very quiet and do not disturb you during the night); fridge, mini kitchen with microwave owen and coffee-machine; swimming pool on the roof (was empty all the time). Perfect location - 15 min till Old Nice; 5 min by train till Place Massena; 3 min till the bus stop of Airport Express. Reception is closed from 12.00 till 14.00 on weekends. Take your keys all the time with you!

Simple and confortable hotel. Located near the Nice-Riquier train station and many convenience stores. The kitchnet was a plus for saving some money. The surrounding area is not pleasant but is not bad at all.

The room was a good size with a small kitchenette and fridge. We were able to get a car park without any problems. Location was convenient for the old town. Had free wi-fi. Bed was comfortable. The room did not smell good - it was as if people had been smoking in it while we were out. Bed was a little on the small side for 2 people. Wi-fi connection was quite slow.

Very comfortable and cosy hotel. I like the kitchen, internet, TV , fridge, condition, phone in the room. I think it's like 3 stars hotel. I didn't like dirty curtains. They look grey. That's all.

Location excellent - 100m from the tram system and 150m from airport bus stop at Garibaldi Square. We had a great 4 nights at this hotel and found it very clean and comfortable (the towels and bedlinen were changed daily). The small pool was a bonus and nice and warm. The friends we went with had a room with a balcony but we didn't. This was disappointing as we were only 3 rooms down the corridor from them and both parties paid the same price for the rooms. It was handy having the small kitchen area. Would recommend purchasing a tram/bus pass for duration of stay as this included getting to/from airport. A great place for a sunny getaway. Would have been helpful to have a small washing up liquid left in kitchen area plus a plug for the sink!

The location near the old town, the swimming at 1 am in the top of the hotel with a good look (7 floor). Unfriendly receptionists. Only one elevator available that takes plenty of time
