A great family hotel, located right on the beach. Beautiful room, pool and a great breakfast. All hotel rooms have a great view onto the beach. Would stay there again. |

Quiet room (6th floor), near Ville Vieille (bar, restaurants) and beach The swimming pool seemed to be closed after October 1 which was not mentioned on the website (and with 25 degrees, I was looking forward to that!) |

I thought the apartments were basic but well appointed for what I paid. The staff were friendly and the use of a washer/dryer was very handy. The rooftop pool is great! Easy access to shopping and supermarket nearby. Not a significant minus, but the lift is slow and we were on the second floor but unable to take any stairs. |

Convenient for shops, old port, city centre. Quiet, although in city centre. Cooking facilities were good but not much cutlery.Swimming Pool was nice. No sun on the balcony. No direct lift to hotel from underground parking. Entry to and from the underground car park a bit inconvenient. |

The central location was the best characteristic of this otherwise very clean and tidy, but basic hotel. You get what you pay for. |

Not too far from Promenade and Old Town. Very close to the main bus stop and tram line. Location was convenient. Also had a added advantage of a rooftop pool, although quite small.Good kitchenette. Had asked for a room at the back as I had read reviews that rooms with balconies and good view are only at the back. Unfortunately, our room although at the back, overlooked an old run down building which spoiled our experience. Also, it was a bit claustrophobic as we could not keep the balcony door open to keep our privacy Ask for a good room. |

It was simple and easy, no fuss. Very clean. Within easy reach of food shops and the tramway and the Gare routiere. The lift . You have to wait a long time and the stairs are rather confusing. |

The beds were more comfortable than we had seen at most of the hotels in this price range in Europe. They were some kind of foam mattress, instead of the usual barely-cushioned springs. Parking was not available, and we were directed to a public lot 3 blocks away, which had signs saying it was not permitted to park there unless you were a tour bus. We spent the night mildly concerned that we might awake to find our car had been towed, but it turned out to be ok. |

Comfortable, included kitchen, quite clean. Staff lost my reservation and were rude about it, gave me a smoking room when I asked for non-smoking, and double-charged me the fees that I had paid through this website. |

Hotel room is functional well ( kitchen, bahtroom, TV, safety box, air-condition, big closet, spacious terrace ). Generally, room was clean. 10 minutes walk to Old Nice with lot of restaurants. Covered parking is good but no remote control or pin code given. Each entrance/exit, it is necessay to physically walk to the reception to ask to open the garage door (very good safety measure but not convenience) |
