Location from Old town (too far). Swimming Pool shut,must have been in the small print. We asked specifically for 2 single beds and a sofa bed and they didn't even do single beds. It was even on my Booking.com form under preferences.

I stayed in a studio room on the 7th floor looking onto the inner yard. The room was of good size and spotless clean. Extremely comfortable kitchenette: fridge, microwave, cooking stove, crockery, coffee maker - all new and of good quality. Big Casino supermarket 2 min walk from the hotel. Sea beach and promenade in 100 meters, good transport connections. Very quiet - probably there were few tourists at the hotel, some floors were being renovated - but no noise was coming from there.

There was some small leakage in the bathroom and there was no hot water 3 evenings out of 4. No kettle, no hair dryer. Guest book in the room would be a great addition.

Close to centre and seafront

Did not have the room we ordered so that I had to share a double bed with my 6'3" 15 year old son. If this had been 2 unrelated adults may have caused problems. Also the majority of the hotel was shut for upgrade giving it a very strange feeling as only 1 floor was occupied. Unable to use pool etc.

The location was great, walking distance to supermarket, to the beach and bus stops are very near too ! Although it's by the road but it was completely sound proof after closing all windows and did not disturb our sleep at all.

Note that cleaning, and changing of bed sheets and towels happens only once in a week.

Good location and infrastructure, nice staff, reasonable price, clean linen and towels. We highly appreciate the possibility to cook in a mini kitchen we have had in our Studio room.

Very loud street noise. Old, damaged and deformed mattress, dirty walls, no electric kettle, no hairdryer. Not good smell in the room.

room was a bit basic - but good value for the price - it was perfect for my needs. Wifi keeps failing on/off too often.

Basic amenities could be provided like kettle and hair-dryer. Even availability of salt and pepper would save waste of buying large packets and throwing them away at end of stay!

The location and parking facility

Ac not working by over 30 grades in the night. Problem was known to the staff but they were not welling to do anything about it. Hence, we left the Hotel after the first night. Advanced payment was refunded.

the rooms looked dirty - the curtains were filthy. the kitchen was barely useable. bathroom falling to bits: basin partially blocked, shower rail collapsed, shower curtain filthy. Apart from one member of staff, the rest were not interested in the guests. The laundry : one of the two washing machines was broken the entire time, so one washing machine between 50 - 100 people. And it was locked at 8pm so not very convenient.

very nice place

We chose the hotel for its location and price and we were not disappointed. The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais, where you can take a walk in the evening or jog in the morning. The old town and the area with restaurants are within 10-15 min on foot. The staff is helpful, the parking comes at a good price and there is a nice swimming pool, too.

The room could have been a bit larger, but for the price paid, it was OK.

The staff was really friendly!!!! It is near the beach. There is a supermarket near by and we can cook.

Alhough it is very clean, the room is very simple! It is a little bit far away from the center, but we can walk.

It was really nice to have a kitchen in the hotelroom. Beds were good. And hotelstaf very friendly. It wasn't very expensive to stay there so value for money is really ok.

There was a really bed smell in the hallways. I'm not sure wat it was, like fish or something. But in the rooms it smellt clean.

Quite far away from the main Nice attractions. Balcony could have had the bird droppings cleaned off of it. No sun-loungers at the pool (everyone just had to sit on the ground)
