La reserva fue Special Winter Offer - Doble estudio y un apartamento, por eso quizás el precio estaba más ajustado. trato agradable del personal, el director nos atendió personalmente para poder salir del parking. (normal para gente de pueblo hi. hi. hi)

Todo el se le ve necesitado de una renovación importante, sobre todo si se le compara con otros de la misma cadena, por ejemplo en Carcassone o Avigñon, curiosamente a través de Booking puedes reservar a partir de una sola noche, en cambio directamente mínimo a partir de dos, queda alejado del centro, pero hay varias líneas de bus a escasos metros, aunque con poca frecuencia 1Eur viaje

Very close to the beach, great pool, laundry on site, parking, shops and supermarket nearby

Even though it had a kitchenet there was no kettle or toaster available. Although it was a great area only a block away from the beach some might find it a little far from the old historical area of Nice but it was a nice walk along the boulevard.

The accommodation was close to the Promenade des Anglais so good location. Also rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. Comfortable bed and good facilities.

One particular member of the staff was incredibly rude. I had pre-booked parking but was told on arrival that there was none available. He did not try to rectify the problem. Customer Service was quite frankly appalling.

Location close to the beach. Good refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was fairly good (For a French hotel)

I did not like the dark smelly corridor leading to our room. All the time during our one week's stay, one of the two elevators was out of order. And one day also the other elevator broke down. This was very inconvenient.

Nice family room with kitchen (we had 2 big balconies too, from one of them we could watch the sea), swimming pool for hotel guests, laundry room. Very clean and tidy.

A bit far from city centre (30 minutes by foot), swimming pool closes at 8 p.m. - I think, too early.

The service was really good, friendly staff. We stayed in a 4 persons studio and it was big enough, nice balcony. The pool was also a pleasant extra, with sun up to 18:30.

The apartment we were in was really lovely. It had a wrap-around balcony with 3 French doors leading out. We could see the sea from the balcony. It was convenient for the bus to go into the city and to the bus station. The booklet on Nice we were given on our arrival proved most useful. I liked the fact that the hotel was being refurbished - new wallpaper and carpeting in the corridors.

The toilet smelled. There was no extractor fan to eliminate the odour and it smelled like it needed a good scrub and some strong bleach.

A little far from rail station but bus 23 took us almost to the door. No kettle or toaster provided

Its an aparthotel, good wifi connection, has a public parking that connected directly to the hotel.

The wifi internet connection was excellent.

They had not kept a parking place as I asked; however, the public parking was ok (although much more expensive) and they offered breakfast as compensation. When next day they did not have immediately a parking place, they found it after some searching and I did not pay for the day because of the inconvenience. So the staff was helpful, but if you need the parking, please check in advance.

The location is good.

The hotel staff was not friendly at all. No smile on her face. She forgot to return my passport to me, and even blamed me the next day when I drove back from another city to get my passport. Her mistake made a big trouble in my trip, however she did not say sorry. The other terrible thing is that the bed cover was terrible dirty. It seemed that it was not washed for few months.
