Synd att man inte ersätter köksutrustning som är utsliten. Vår stekpanna var omöjlig att steka I, personalen gjorde allt för att söka reda på en med plan botten men alla såg likadana ut.

Was really good value for money. Good location and very good access to public transport. Everything we needed ,especially liked kichenette and seperate lounge.F

Fixtures and fitting very tired looking and well worn. Bedspread on couch and bed grubby

price was unreal for the overall standard. would go bak in a flash.

Very friendly reception // possibility of leaving your baggage before check-in and after check-out // bakery and grocery nearby // the beach and bus station (dir.city and dir.airport) nextdoor! // big studio with a foyer, a whole-body mirror, a kitchen in the room (!) and even a balcony to take your breakfast! Very nice! //

Found hair in the sheets - disgusting!! // water heater works just at night -> not enough hot water for the day for 2 people -> we had to shower in another room. // The dishes in the room-kitchen were dirty and dusty on our arrival // You're obliged to clean the room-kitchen yourself before leaving! // a little far from the city center // water pressure very low // no shelves in the bathroom -> no possibility to place your cosmetics, creams, deodorant etc. really annoying! //

Near la promenade des anglais, bus lines, airport, shops in the neighbourhood and city center.

We like the hotel staff always ready to help. The extra towels cost but we were given a couple of them free of charge.The hotel was close to the airport and the promenade. The bus a few steps from the hotel took us comfortably from/to the airport. We also had a decent free Wi-Fi connection in our room.

The breakfast was poor. We also preferred a double bed, got twin instead and linked them to each other. This was not comfortable as the beds moved away on the tile floor. The floor was really cold and the door handle of the toilet was broken. The door also squeaked terribly and the staff told to us that was the common problem in all rooms and could do nothing about it. We fixed it with vegetable oil. We had to clean the rubbish can our self which is probably understandable given the 2-stars- level of the hotel.

We had a kitchen, so could prepare the breakfast for ourselves. Easy access to airport (bus #23) and city for only EUR 1. Bust stop in front of the hotel. Bakery and supermarket nearby. Beach within 3 minutes walking distance. Big rooms including balcony. Quiet area.

The bathroom smells badly, as it doesn't have a window or ventilator to get out the damp smell. The bed-covers were dirty, haven't been washed for some time.

Best thing was being able to view the sea and gardens from our balcony.its location was superb, right by the Magnan Bus stop

Would be nice to have ensuite facilities.

Staff always pleasant. Second visit for us. Apartment good size for a family of 4. The only thing, be nice to have more pans and saucepans to cook, quiet difficult if you cook for 4 and only 1 of each. Location is really good. Bus services are just across the road. And across the Promenade. Rooms are really quiet considering the location. We haven't used the breakfast room so can't comment. Would have prefer to have an apartment with balcony.

Very attractive appartments, tidy, much space. We were offered to choose appartments from two available during check-in - it is very appreciated. Quality daily service. Daily change of towels, once for a week - change of sheets. Seaside, bus stop and supermarket are very close to hotel. And bulangeree as well)

There was no hear-dresser in the room, though it was announced in the room description.

The room is big and clean. And likes new.

Good location, for shops beach and food, catering facilities inside, swimming pool, friendly staff, balcony, good value for money and overaul a nice apartment.

Room was over looking busy road so noisey, smallest double bed I have seen in apartment, air conditioning blowing directly onto bed so got cold/stiff neck, bathroom smelled of urine (not sure if cleaned/bleached properly around toilet). Only 1 english channel on TV.
