Staff were very pleasant and had a brilliant stay in nice, only reason why i wouldnt recommend it to a friend is it was about 30minute walk from the best part of nice Toilet was broke and even though we reported it and stayed there for 2 days it was never fixed |

The staff are very good, the location is good because it is near the beach. The room is clean, the price is fair and the size of the room is goos as well. The breakfast is not so good and it should have a computer with internet for the guests. |

Very close to the beach, great pool, laundry on site, parking, shops and supermarket nearby Even though it had a kitchenet there was no kettle or toaster available. Although it was a great area only a block away from the beach some might find it a little far from the old historical area of Nice but it was a nice walk along the boulevard. |

The staff were very helpful. Bus stop just outside the door. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable. Air con worked thank goodness! Had a good little kitchenette. Lift access to all floors made life easier! Didn't have breakfast there as I though 7euro's was a little steep for a basis breakfast! Shower didn't work. Outside area wasn't the best but was just fine for the amount of time we spent there. |

The accommodation was close to the Promenade des Anglais so good location. Also rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. Comfortable bed and good facilities. One particular member of the staff was incredibly rude. I had pre-booked parking but was told on arrival that there was none available. He did not try to rectify the problem. Customer Service was quite frankly appalling. |

A standard hotel-apartment with kitchen facilities, comfortable, spacious and at a reasonable price. Good air-conditioning, which in August is essential. Very helpful, friendly staff. A hundred meters from the beach, and a twenty minute walk from the old town along the Promenade. |

Location close to the beach. Good refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was fairly good (For a French hotel) I did not like the dark smelly corridor leading to our room. All the time during our one week's stay, one of the two elevators was out of order. And one day also the other elevator broke down. This was very inconvenient. |

Nice family room with kitchen (we had 2 big balconies too, from one of them we could watch the sea), swimming pool for hotel guests, laundry room. Very clean and tidy. A bit far from city centre (30 minutes by foot), swimming pool closes at 8 p.m. - I think, too early. |

The service was really good, friendly staff. We stayed in a 4 persons studio and it was big enough, nice balcony. The pool was also a pleasant extra, with sun up to 18:30. |

The apartment we were in was really lovely. It had a wrap-around balcony with 3 French doors leading out. We could see the sea from the balcony. It was convenient for the bus to go into the city and to the bus station. The booklet on Nice we were given on our arrival proved most useful. I liked the fact that the hotel was being refurbished - new wallpaper and carpeting in the corridors. The toilet smelled. There was no extractor fan to eliminate the odour and it smelled like it needed a good scrub and some strong bleach. |

This was the second stay for my daughter and me. We like having a suite that is clean and roomy. The staff, as before, was friendly and helpful in every way. No, there wasn't. |

The wifi internet connection was excellent. They had not kept a parking place as I asked; however, the public parking was ok (although much more expensive) and they offered breakfast as compensation. When next day they did not have immediately a parking place, they found it after some searching and I did not pay for the day because of the inconvenience. So the staff was helpful, but if you need the parking, please check in advance. |

Good transport links to airport, railway station, Port, etc, 2 mins walk to Promenade des Anglais,cooker, big fridge, cleanliness, comfy bed., BBC news channel instead of the execrable CNN. This hotel was a good choice. The rooms are a bit small. This is fine if you use your hotel room as a pied a terre -for sleeping, napping, snacking. If you go on holiday to mope around your hotel room all day these rooms are not for you. |

La situation géographique, proche de l'entrée et de la sortie de Nice . L'attitude de la personne qui a effetué l'accueil qui a essayé de compenser les dysfonctionnements . La première chambre "non fumeur" qui sentait le tabac ; les garages situés aux niveaux -4 et -5 et les ascenseurs en panne ou en mauvais état de fonctionnement ! pour une chambre au + 5 .. quel sport !! L'attitude de la personne qui a effectué la sortie .... |

Kamer schoon en elke dag nieuwe handdoeken , bed opgemaakt. Ligging ten opzichte van centrum van de stad en de boulevard des Anglais prima. Aangeven hoe je vanaf het vliegveld met openbaar vervoer naar het hotel kunt komen. Is heel eenvoudig: bus 23 halte Magnan , maar je moet het maar weten. |
