The room was very clean and was made up everyday. For us it was a home from home experience and we enjoyed the fact that we were central to both Paris, Disneyland and other surrounding areas. Perfect venue for us. The fact that internet is not wireless. |

The staff were friendly and the accomodation was good value for money. You can walk to the RER-C station at the end of the street in just a few minutes. On your way to / from the station you go past pizzeria La Comedia where you can take out very tasty pizzas and crepes. There's a bakery in the street as well. -The living room of our appartement was a rather small. (But the bathroom was a pleasant surprise) |

The hotel is new, clean and reasonably located. It is also good value for your money. The room has a well equipped kitchen with all cutlery and utensils, so it is very convenient for people like me who prefer to make their own breakfast saving some money in the process. There is a complimentary Internet service in the room. The room is quite small, but it is rather a norm in Europe. |

We had to ask for a cleaning kit for the kitchenette (to wash the dishes) - they had free cleaning kit, but was not given 'by default'.The rule is that the check in is done at 14.00 o'clock.Even we arrived at 12 o'clock with a sleepy and tired toddler, they gave us the room at 14.00 sharp (the toddler had to sleep in the hall behind the reception) |

The room was large and included fridge, microwave, hob and coffee maker. Internet connection was free. The breakfast while limited was great value for money. The carpet needed vacuuming - evidence of crumbs etc, and there was what look like a pile of dead small insects under the window behind the curtain. Had the floor generally been cleaner the hotel would have scored much higher. |

Big, bright, cleaned every day, nice furnished room with all you need to live (dishes, fridge, cooker). Secured underground parking with the lift just to the room. Free wired internet. We would definitely stay there again. No safe in room or recieption. Well, it's not in the Paris center :)It was a bit scary to walk from the metro station in the evening, so we decided to use our car. |

Room was very comfortable, kitchenette saved us some money, room cleaned thoroughly every day, comfortable bed, the girl on the reception on the third day of our stay was very pleasant and smiley, all in all, very pleased with the hotel. Room was fairly small (what can be expected though for the price) but did not disadventage us in any way, couple of the staff were slightly snobbish but again, did not make any great impact. |

Very smart hotel and pleasant staff. We had a two room apartment which was perfect for our family. Close to a supermarket for any shopping you need. 15 minute flat walk to Marie D'Ivry Metro and 5 minute walk tp REN station. |

The room (studio 2 pax) was fantastic. It is completely furnished, so you can use the Carrefour at the centre mall (about 500m from the hotel) to fulfill the kitchenete. You save a lot of money that way. The hotel is about 400m from rer station (line c) so you´re about 15min from centre Paris (stations st. Michel Notre Damme and Invalides). We stayed for 4 nights and the room was cleaned every day You can't take too much time on your baths, or you'll end up washing yourself with cold water. |

it's not too far from centre of Paris, as it's just within zone 2. I think it's value-for-money in view of its location. There's a nearby shopping centre with Carrefour and small shops and eateries. I like the kitchenette which gives you ease to do some food preparation especially if your stay is more than 10 days. it would be better if the cleaning service is once every 5 days, esp changes of towels, instead of 7. The pillows ought to be improved. |

Complaisant stuff, spacious room, spacious bathroom, kitchenette with cooker and fridge, flat tv, working desk, clean room, free private underground garage, free internet (via cable, not wifi), proximity of Carrefour, very good value for money. Rer c is 5 minutes walk, but it's not Paris, so we cannot use standard tickets. We walked to metro line 7 (terminate station) which is 10 minutes walk and to get to Paris is slower than by rer. |

L'hotel n' a pas pris en compte à la réservation ma demande pour une chambre côté cour, au calme...ce n'est donc pas la peine de le mentionner à la réservation ! |
