The size of the room was great and the receptionist excellent. No coffee in room. Indeed though there was a proper coffee maker there were no filter papers. |

Location was great, just around the corner from the city center. Advertised parking spaces were misleading. We pre-requested parking as advised but were told on check-in that the hotel only had 30 spaces despite having 100 rooms and they were not pre-bookable. These had all been taken and so we had to park in a nearby car park with the additional costs involved. I heard reception explaining the situation with other guests at various points during our stay. Also the Citea website was a particularly misleading; the surrounding buildings shown on the information sheet must have been an 'artist's impression' as the block next door was still under construction. |

The parking space was very useful. It was very close to the centre of town. The rooms were comfortable with air conditioning and had kitchen facilities if needed, although we did not use them. The hotel was in very good condition as it is new. |

no parking in front of the hotel ; very noisy area with working in building construction very near the hotel even at 3 am (in the night ); the bath room didn't have minimum facilities for shower therei s noreception after 9 pm hotel have not yet been evaluated for number of stars probably deserve less than 2star very expensive for this rate |

comfortable, clean and reasonably sized room. Good air conditioning also good shower room facilities. Reception staff very unhelpful, we had asked for car parking facilities when we booked and was told on arrival that there were no spaces available in their garage no alternative was offered. |

Rooms were clean and tidy. Well thought out design. Good facilities in room. Microwave / Grill / 2 rings / sink / plenty of plates & cutlery. Bathroom good size and fantastic air con. Code to get into hotel at night so you could come and go as you please. Great location, as we were there for the Rugby we were right in City, not too far to walk to Castillet and bars |

Very clean modern room. Very good kitchen facilities. Plenty of hot water for showers etc. No balcony furniture, Air conditioner was directly over bed so blew cold air on my head all night- very unpleasant. Arrangements for car parking were not supplied in advance. it was totally unclear how to find parking spaces and took 2 days to get our own disc to get in and out of car park |

Good location close to the Castillet, good view from our room on the eighth floor, good equipment, easy to find. The noise from the fridge disturbed our sleep but I don't know if anything could be done about that. |

The main problem was that it was impossible to find the hotel - our friends had to have a police escort to find and it took us 2 hours driving around. The only sign for the hotel was 4 storeys up ! Room was good but breakfast was poor and staff 'dateless'. Cost, closeness to city, nice big clean room, balcony. Did'nt do breakfast, so wn't comment on that. Bed a bit hard, needs extra pillows as well as blankets. Needs a kettle. |

The people of Perpignan were very friendly, we went for the Rugby League, Catalan v Leeds, had a great time although the prices for drinks locally were expensive. Its possible that these are escalated for the Rugby weekend, all in all a great time. We live in Spain but it still takes 6 hours to get there! Its quicker from Leeds The female receptionist was bordering on being rude, The Hotel was ok for what we wanted that weekend being centerally placed. The underground private parking was brilliant, and free! |
