Uncomplicated and professional.
All good no probs
The hotel is in an ideal location close to the Castellet and centre of Perpignan. Minutes from Bus and train stations The rooms are a decent size with a small but adequate kitchenette and large bathroom.
Only one issue - we stayed 4 nights and no housekeeping was provided. (this is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Adagio and this was not a problem on our 1st visit)
location breakfeast stay with my dog
location air con spot on free wifi and internet access very clean good size
has kitchen but could do with a kettle
Central to centre of Perpignan, good air conditioning, Basic but clean, good transport links close by
No cooked breakfast.
airco in the room
only a casserole to boil water no hairdryer no service for a week stay (no clean towels, no garbage pick up, no refill of toilet paper) access code had been changed without notice bad quality wifi and only available in lobby
Spacious room with great views over the city.
Reception not open late on weekends, we got caught out when we arrived. But when we finally found the phone number to ring they were helpful.
The location was ideal for our purpose.
Location was great, short walk to town
Not being able to park my car in the hotels carpark, but having to use a public carpark with which cost me 36 euros. I feel you should be able to reserve parking
TV channels available were exclusively in French language.
Central location, close to bus stop for Stade Gilbert Brutus for match. Kitchen basic, but all you needed for short stay
Limited parking, cost 8 euros per day if you could get it.You had to ask every day if they had a space, which in our case never happened we had to park in public car park nearby for 18 euros for every 24 hours.
- the location - shops are close
- I stayed 7 nights in the hotel and they never cleaned the room (even the rubbish bin). I asked the reception and they said that for a stay over 4 days, they do the cleaning only every 7 nights!!! You have to pay if you want your room cleaned!!! - No pressure for the water if you stay on the top floors (I was on floor 9). - Air conditioning was broken when I arrived and it took them 2 days to fix it. They did not give me another room in the meantime. - The fridge was extremely noisy and I had to turn it off during the night to be able to sleep.
Air-conditioning, facility to wash, hang and dry clothes(just returned from Pyrenees traverse). Reception organised Taxi.
7:30 Breakfast a bit late for train.
location, value for money, room was a good size, cooking facilities were adequate.
We stayed for a week and opted to clean the apartment ourselves. We would have liked some cleaning products to be supplied. We opted to buy some ourselves !
Not recommend if you travel by car or have heavy luggage because there is no car access to hotel entrance.
Great location - easy to get around the city as lots of near points of transport.
- Receptionists are rude/ unorganised - Cleaners do not change the waste bins when cleaning the room but instead leave spare bags for you to do the cleaning yourself. - The security is low level: No night ward, just the one camera at reception. Problematic when men start hitting on you after drinking in the wifi zone (did not feel safe).
Location. Nice view
Cheap, centrally located, comfortable enough, great to be able to use the kitchen amenities, friendly and helpful staff.
All the car park spaces were used, the bathroom was a touch smelly due to poor ventilation.
Great accommodation with cooking facilities, big room, balcony.
Location and parking was excellent, all round couldn't fault.
kitchen locked lobby
front desk closing at 9pm and opening at 7am no wakeup call service quality of food for an 8euro breakfast was insulting
Great very central location
Finding it is a bit hard
Reception manager very helpful with Perpignan directions and reservations at next destination.
Hotel was Ok when you managed to get to your room and park the car. Car park fee was 18e overnight so if driving, add that to the budget room rate. The receptionist was very apologetic the next morning. There were another 5 or 6 check-ins after us!
We arrived before the 9pm reception deadline for arrivals. At around 7.30 there was no entry to the hotel due to a lack of key code. Fortunately, another guest let me in. As a French lady arrived to check-in, she phoned the hotel number, got the safe code to access our reservation packets containing a room key, entry pass code etc. She managed to ask a housekeeping member re the car park for us, who phoned a receptionist who then explained where we could park. My husband was 'parked' by the car park next to the hotel and had to keep moving. In a word, the check-in was a nightmare.
