Un apartamento te da la posibilidad de hacerte tu propia comida y ahorras bastante dinero ya que París es muy caro. Limpieza muy superficial, apenas se notaba. No había productos ni enseres de limpieza. Tampoco había cafetera. En recepción había personal con un nivel muy bajo de Inglés y no te entendían mucho. |

the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff cleaning a bit hap hazard. dust on radiators, feel only thing done during stay is make bed and hoover. oneday left cleaning cloth on the soap. yuk, what other nasty things do they do |

One of the staff, the handyman, was the kindest person I've ever met in a hotel in 40 years of world travel. He repaired my suitcase when it wasn't his job. One of the front desk staff passed on a counterfeit 50 Euro note which I only discovered when it was refused by a shop. She was not on duty afterwards so I couldn't even talk to her. Even if she hadn't done it deliberately, the hotel should train theri staff to recognise counterfeit notes. Other staff refused in any way to acknowledge that this could happen and were somewhat rude. Whilst I understand that there was no reason for them to trust me, I would have thought their reaction was not appropriate. |

Good price and quality for a modest budget, hotel close to the subway station Philippe Auguste. Kitchen clean, equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, all you need to eat. Sunday and Saturday street parking area is free, otherwise the hotel has parking 11 euro / day. Good! |

The location is very good, within 30 minutes to walk from Pont Neuf and there's a Metro station right next to the hotel. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. You can easily find bakeries, grocery stores and bistros in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking can be a problem, so I advise anyone to reserve in advance, as they only have a few places in a near-by building. We had to manage on our own and we found an underground garage within 15 minutes to walk. |

The best thing about this hotel is that it's a block away from the metro station! It is very convenient for families with children... You are charged 25 EUR If you don't clean the kitchenette! There is no air-conditioning... |

Very good location - just neighbours across the street are very quiet - we have a apartment on 3 floor - there are very big and old cemetery.Close to the centre, shops are close The main bed was very hard. After first night I have some problems with my back, so I decide not to sleep in bed but on sofa! |

The hotel is close to a tube station (Phillips Auguste) - also good for connecting to trains and to the train to the airport. It is in a quiet area with a bakery, supermarkets & a laundry in close proximity. The staff were polite & helpful & spoke good English. It was good to have the fridge & kitchenette - basic but sufficient. The free wifi was great. Ask reception for kitchen cleaning stuff. |

First and most important, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I arrived at 9:30am instead of the normal check-in time of 2:00pm and they kindly started cleaning my room ahead of their normal schedule and made sure I was comfortable after a long overnight international flight. And this was typical of their service. It is true that the facilities of the hotel might not be up to the standards of some American hotels like Marriott, etc. but I thought this was a good value and I was very satisfied with the room. |

Easy location and close to the metro with direct line to Arc du Triomphe, and easy change for Eiffel Tour. Suite was great for a family with suitable kitchenette. Ask for the cleaning products for the kitchen, they are not provided in the room, but free at reception. |

Quiet location and hotel. Close to grocery shopping. Kitchen facilitywell equipped for short stay. Good connection to Metro. Clean. Particularly liked the separate bedroom with door to living room. Bathroom a bit small, but clean! |

Posizione strategica, metro a 100 metri e centro città raggiungibile in un quarto d'ora. Disponibilità del personale quando si trovava alla reception. Hotel essenziale, letti veramente scomodi, soprattutto il sofa. Camera grande ma ripeto per chi è abitutato a dormire ovunque . Sinceramente alzarsi già acciaccati alla mattina non permette di godersi la città. |

Localização satisfatória e próxima a uma estação de Metro Banheiros pequenos, desconfortáveis e mal equipados. Cozinha mal equipada e com equipamentos muito desgastados e em mal estado de funcionamento. Por "ordem superiores", os funcionários não são prestativos. Os mais simples pedidos lhe são negados. Chega a ser quase hostil. |

A localização é boa, ao lado do cemitério Peré Lachaise e a 100 metros de uma estação de Metro da linha 2, que corta Paris até o Arco do Triumfo. Ficamos em apartamento para 4 passoas. O Banheiro (casa de banho) é muito desconfortável, a instalação hidráulica é precária a a água quente funciona mal. O equipamento de cozinha é medíocre e você tem de limpar a cozinha. Os funcionários não são prestativos, talvez não por eles, mas por ordens de hotel. Me foi negada a impressão de um documento de apenas uma página "por ordens siperiores". Tive de sair no frio e na neve para fazê-lo alhures. Quando mudamos de quarto, tivemos de desocupar o anterior mas o novo ainda não estava pronto. Como tínhamos de sair à rua, pedimos que colocassem então a bagagem no novo quarto. Também foi negado. Resultado: nossa bagagem passou o dia na parte extena recepção do hotel.
