-very nice receptionists -speaking english -check in at midnight -comfortable beds -all right equipment in kitchens in apartments -close bakery, shops and metro -close to most famous cementary -wifi in rooms Overal I recomend this hotel.

-in room on ground floor where we spent first night were ants, however when we were moved to higher floor, no issues with the room

Clean, friendly staff, free wifi, just what we needed. The beds were nice too. Close to the metro and store to buy food. And a view over Pere Lachaise, perfect!

Two days in a row our bedroom smelled like someone in the neighboring room was smoking.

Brilliant staff who spoke English, friendly and always helpful. Spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment in a quiet location but close to the Metro and very convenient Metro lines.

Affordable, flexible accommodation. Having small kitchen area with hob/sink/fridge/microwave saves a lot on breakfasts and picnics! Staff very helpful with all our queries.

Location was good.

Apartment was not very clean. Apartment was run down and scruffy. Very limited kitchen equipment. No kettle or toater. No removal of rubbish during 7 day stay. No clean towels in 7 days. (thats there policy) No TV with english or english sub titles.

The studio is a pretty large room with a little kitchen, bathroom with bath, a table and a desk as well. It is in good condition (particularly in comparison with many other hotels we can find in Paris for the same price) and very quiet night and day. When I was here, it was always easy to park my car in the street or in the close neighbourhood.

Staff were working under extremely difficult conditions with the renovations of the foyer. Desk in a different place every day with the floor pulled. They were all, without exception, extremely helpful. Hotel is well situated being so close to metro line 3

Our room had just been renovated, in the cheapest possible way. The only nice thing about it was fresh paint. Bedspreads were cheap, curtains cheap, furniture cheap, and the kitchen boasted just 2 of everything, two spoons, two cups etc. No kettle or jug to boil water, had to use a saucepan. No smoke exhaust over stove. Barely 1 metre between banging your head on the sloping ceiling and the protruding cupboard ends. If just a little bit more money had been spent in the room, it would have been nice, but it looks and feels like a backpacker. The room had no ambience whatsoever and lacked any sort of charm. For Paris, a big disappointment

Service is bad. Did not empty the trash bin at all for over five days. Did not change the towels. Did not make the beds at all.

Nice quiet area with many restaurants, Close to metro station with good communication to central Paris, recommend 'carnet' which is 10 tickets at reduced price. Large one bedroom apartment.

Breakfast could have been included but was eur 7 extra, we did not test it as there was several breakfast places near by.

Extremely easy access to Metro. Not very easy to find the hotel, no signs. Parking was interesting, but was glad to have access to secure parking. Not in-expensive, but nothing in Paris is, good value with Kitchen facilities and plenty of space for a family of four.

Hard to find to hotel. No signs from the road. Room was a little small.

When I came the receptionist told me that the booking was canceled because my Amex didn't work. So they hadn't contacted me in advance to check but just canceled the reservation. Btw fortunately they had free rooms and receptionist provided me the room without any arguing with the same price of booking.

Very quiet building and location, very close to metro station Philippe Auguste, clean room, clean bedsheets and towels, functional and clean room appliances (you have to ask for hair dryer) and quite large room comparing to other Paris accomodation - site description is close to reality for our room, silent elevator.

They charge the price in few days from our booking despite the fact that we book with more that 1 month in advance (maybe because it was not refoundable?), also cleaning personnel didn't change towels and bedsheets or vacuum the room during our stay (not sure if I would have to ask for it or they just ommitted). Overall we would be glad to come back at this hotel with more attention to the above 2 details.

Very easy access from Metro Line 2 Station(We found it difficult to find it the first time because its not on the main road. Its on a side access road to the right of you when you get out of Phillipe Auguste Station). Convenient to reach any part of Paris in a short time. Its easily accessible to Gare de lyon and Nation station. However other places like Tour de Eiffel can be accessed by a transfer from Line 2. Its not very difficult to do that and its really easy to change and doesnt take time at all(Ask Hotel staff for help on going to places. they really help you out). Good Clean room with decent amneties friendly staff who were helpful in guiding us to various destinations across Paris. Decent Internet Speed also. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. I did not find anything wrong with the hotel and i had a pleasant stay overall.

No maid cleaning if stay is around 3-7 days but it is there if the stay is either less than 3 or greater than 7.

Le rapport qualité prix de cet hotel, la gentillesse et le professionalisme du personnel. Hotel bien situé pour faire de la marche, endroit calme.

Ubicacion: esta a unos 100 metros de una estación de subte y además en las cercanías tenes supermercados y demas lugares para comer algo sencillo. La zona es linda y el personal atento. Utensillos para todo en el departamento.-

Que no se limpie la habitacion salvo al 4to dia. Y estaria bueno que el desayuno que ahi ofrecen fuera mas economico.-

Studio au 1er étage donnant sur cour donc assez sombre Coffre fort au fond du placard: il faut se mettre à quatre pattes pour faire le code ! Pas de fruits frais au petit déjeuner

В 4местном номере очень сильный запах от курения.

Хорошая гостиница в хорошем состоянии.

Наличие мини-кухни за такие деньги - безусловно плюс.

Уборка раз в неделю. Комната тесновата, но это Париж.

Все было замечательно. Порекомендую всем родственникам и друзьям .Самые искренние слова благодарности

フロントの対応が大変丁寧でよかった。 部屋は十分に広く快適であった。 地下鉄の駅にも近く，比較的容易にルーブル美術館や凱旋門，エッフェル塔へもアクセスできた。

一部床のきしみが見られ，施設の老朽化が感じられた。 夜間，表の通りは人通りが少なく，寂しい感じであった。 非常階段（？）に設置された喫煙場所から部屋までの距離が近く窓の一部はカーテンを閉めておかなければなら- ない様子であった。
