Great, friendly staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The location was right off the downtown area so we could walk everywhere and the rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. |

Good location, 5 minutes on foot, from Place Saint Anne.Paid parking (very reasonable for all day, in/out) at Citea. Liked having kitchette and laundry. Laundry is paid, also very reasonable. Internet, attach cable in room to your laptop. Simple room, not too tiny, clean, very good deal for price we paid, considering kitchen/laundry/parking and location. Make sure you email to reserve parking, well worth it, not expensive, street parking difficult. |

The staff were friendly, especially the reception (male and female), the room was clean and large enough for the two of us. The breakfast was good value at Euros 7.50 each. we would definitely stay at Citea Rennes again. No, it was good value. |

We liked the closeness to the city centre and the on-site secure car parking, in a city where car parking can be very difficult.Staff were helpful and friendly. |

We liked: the central location; the helpfulness of the staff; the size of the rooms; the cleanliness of the rooms and the parking facilities. Our breakfast was disappointing because when we arrived at 9.30am (with half an hour of service left) there was very little food left and we had to ask for bread and croissants, although only a few of the latter were made available. At 7.50 each including for our children the value for money for the breakfast was not good. |

Very friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room with functional kitchenette. Close to (but not in) the city center. Good value. Laundry facilities. The floors were a bit dirty when we arrived and were never thoroughly cleaned while we were there. |

Being a short walk (10 mins) out of town meant there was plenty of parking around the hotel. But close enough to centre for resturants etc. Easy to find. Nice and clean, comfortable bed. |

Very good location (near Centre Nord), budget hotel due to the small kitchen and still quite clean. the only problem was with the small bed, I was lucky because I am not very large myself but if you have more then 1,80 m and over 100 kg there might be a problem. |

I liked its central location. I enjoyed the breakfast menu. I would like more maps and tourist information to be available at reception. |

There was no one at the reception desk when we checked in at 7pm. We had to help ourselves find the key and we also learned that we had to pre-schedule parking so we had to find a parking place on a not-to-safe street. The room itself was fairly clean, but, the bed mattresses were very thin and sunk in the middle. There was only 1 towel for three people. |

Receptionist was helpful, helping me to find my way around the city and do photocopying. It was great that I could make a cup of tea in the room. |

The Citea in Rennes is very convenient for the old quarter and the metro and buses. Clean, comfortable and warm with parking facilities - an absolute necessity as parking is very difficult to find in the surrounding streets. |
