Security, village-like atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff who spoke English.

No kettle or toaster! The foam mattress that made us roll into the middle of the bed all night! Kitchen had only barest of essentials. No basin fitted into downstairs toilet.

Loved the location - easy to access from the motorway whilst not being affected by noise from it. A lovely view of the Auvergne was also a great surprise and delight. The village-like atmosphere was wonderful with a delightful mixture of nationalities. The apartments were clean, well-equipped, comfortable and contained. We would definitely recommend this place to other travellers.

The style of the room - apartment-like so that a big family can stay together. The complex pool was also a bonus in the hot weather. The room price was really good value for money.

There was no air conditioning and we found it very difficult to sleep the rooms were so hot.

We were travelling and it was so good to have space for 6 of us to spread out and relax and to prepare a meal and breakfast

The only thing we didn't like was the traffic noise which went on all night. It was very hot so we needed the windows open.

It is easy to find and very close to the A71 which was very handy for us travelling back to Calais from Spain. The apartment was excellent and good value for the one night. We will most likely stay here again.

There was an awful smell when we first walked in to the apartment and found that it was a drain/pipe under the sink in the kitchen area. Unfortunately it made the entire downstairs smell. Hopefully it has now been fixed.

Very nice modern 2-level apartment with all reasonable facilities.

excellent, easy access by road. clean and pleasant apartment units. nice pool, friendly staff, safe environment, a good place to unpack and centralize yourself for a few days. Surrounding countryside (once you're out of the industrial park) is very beautiful.

immediate surrounding area is devoid of character - industrial park. city of clermont ferand has all anyone could ever need, but it's a drive. Kitchen units in our two stays were pretty minimally equipped - no frying pan! we managed.

Spacious apartments, kitchen perfectly equipped, quiet location, great breakfast.

the location was average being near the motorway and a business park (great for a one night stopover on route though). the apartment was spacious, modern and clean and the complex was very quiet. the receptionist was the friendly and helpful, infact she even seemed to like the english, highly unusual in france!
