- Very friendly and helpful hotel staff - nice facility, beautiful landscape - great place to go hiking, relax at the pool or visit Lyon by car in approx 20 minutes. - The mattress was very hard - the kitchen in the appartment was not clean. we had to first wash the dishes and wipe down the kitchen counter - on the hottest days of the week the pool was closed due to hygienic reasons, therefore we had to drive 9 km to another Citea residence to go swimming.

It was a very nice change to arrive at a hotel and discover that it was more of an apartment feel with 2 floors and plenty of room. It had a full size refrigerator and kitchenette that was a must for large families on a budget. This was well worth the price!!!

Hôtel situé dans un endroit calme, à l'abri des bruits de la ville. "Chambre" type appartement, spacieux, bien éclairé et bien équipé. Petit déjeuner à volonté. Piscine.

Logement très propre et rapport qualité prix intérèssant. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir récupérer les clés de notre chambre même entre les heures d'ouverture de la réception grâce aux coffres à clés situé à l'extèrieur de l'établissement

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Très calme. Arrêt de bus devant la porte. Personnel très à l'écoute. Connexion internet gratuite dans la chambre. Télévision avec des chaînes internationales. Grande salle de bain. Lit très comfortable. Proximinté à l'Agrocampus. Difficile de se restaurer le soir sans voiture. Ronronnement de la vmc. , Personnel pourrait-être formé et informé un peu plus (horaires du bus, code de l'utilisation de l'internet à l'accueil). Propreté de la moquette et des coussins du canapé. Bon petit déjeuner, mais pas de table débarassée à l'arrivée.

J'ai adoré le cadre et le confort que l'hôtel Marcy l'étoile nous a proposé. J'ai constaté qu'à 10h50 il n'était plus possible de prendre en petit déjeuner..mëme pas une boisson chaude pour ma fille de 9 ans alors que nous avions prévenu l'hôtel que nous désirions déjeuner!! Car le personnel de l'hôtel avait "' tout nettoyé". De plus, à ma grande surprise la demoiselle qui m'a reçu pour le réglement de la chambre m'annonce un prix beaucoup plus élevé que ma reservation (qui est de 55E),et pour suivre, avec un ton fortement désagréable!! Je suis très deçue de l'accueil et du comportement du personnel qui après ce malentendu me rappelle que je dois expréssement quitter la chambre car il est 11h00. Je peux dire que cela m'a laissé un goût très amer surtout que nous venions de Paris à l'occasion d'un mariage et que nous étions arrivé très tard dans la nuit.

je n'ai passé qu'une nuit a Citéa mais j'ai apprécié que l'on m'ai apelé pour me donner les codes d'accès en cas d'arrivée tardive.L'accès est simple, l'appartement simple et fonctionnel.....au calme....TV, salle de bain avec baignoire et linge de toilette....prix internet très attractif. Satisfaite de ma nuit un détail : des oreillers un peu trop plat...et une couverture "qui gratte"...mais vraiment un détail...

Тихое место, возможность готовить, недалеко от Лиона. Подходит для большой компании. Нет на кухне крышек для кастрюли, сковороды. Завтрак очень очень французский (круассаны, йогурт, кофе, чай).

Nous avons apprécié le calme , le confort,la situation l'espace de notre bungalow avec la petite terrasse donnant sur un espace de verdure,l'accueil du personnel et le petit déjeuner. Nous aurions apprécié une couverture de plus, un traversin...un peu plus de linge de literie pour la banquette clic clac.

Appartement t2 de bonne taille, suffisamment équipé, personnel efficace et aimable, rapport qualité prix Parfois, le logement est assez éloigné des parkings quand on a des bagages encombrants et lourds
