It's very close to Disneyland and provides no frills accomodation Only one downstairs loo in a 3 bed house sleeping up to 8 people. No drinking glasses or mugs in the kitchen- small coffee and wine glasses only- not great for families! No satellite TV- only 5 French channels available. Parking spaces very tight and not all spaces are near the accommodation- again no great for families. Whole place looking a bit tired now- needs a rethink and upgrade on key services- no wifi available!

There is plenty of space and seems to be in a relatively safe and quiet neighborhood away from all city noise and trouble. There is some convenience of being in a "small house" with a refrigerator and an oven versus in a hotel room without these amenities. It is one of the few places around Paris that has room for larger families (more than just two adults and two kids) to sleep together in one "house." It could have been cleaner. This location is at least a 30-min drive from Paris' main attractions depending on traffic, and much longer if going by train, because one has to drive to a train station and park first. There is only one toilet (for up to 8 people???) and it is downstairs in a closet-sized room; there is no toilet in the upstairs bathroom where the bathtub is located. As far as we could find, there is a clothes washer, but no dryer. There is no iron. There is no microwave oven. I plan to stay in a hotel that includes breakfast in the rate in the future.

Citea Marne La Vallee is Budget accomodation, you do get what you pay for. However, as I have 5 children this was the only way I could afford to take them all to Disney and I figured that we would spend very little time in the house anyway. Bus stops right outside gates to take you to Disney. Couple of tips - There is a fantastic patisserie only 5 mins walk where you can buy fresh baguettes to make sandwiches. There is also a supermarket opposite. We saved so much money taking sandwiches into Disney. In addition, if you are 5 or more in the same family then you can get a 'Fantasy' annual pass for €111 euro each (this takes into account a 20% discount as if you buy individually you pay €139). The pass gives you 10% off almost everything you buy in the park also inc restaurants. It is not advertised clearly but you can order from the ticket office at front of Disney. Note - You will need to take proof of address for all of you I.e child benefit letter. The hotel had very few utensils, not even a dish cloth!!! You will need to stock up from local supermarket. Tv is no good as only French Channels so take a dvd/i pad to entertain youngsters.

The location was ideal for our access to Disneyland Paris. Just a short bus ride from outside hotel to and from the parks. The house was ideal for the size of party we had travelling. There was no bathroom upstairs in our accomodation and there was very little seating space for our number of guests.

Great location - close to Euro Disney and easy access to train. Resonably clean apartment. Unit requires maintenance (No oven racks, bed too old, no shower or shower curtain). Would recommend the addition of a kettle, dryer and bigger coffee cups to unit.

The fact that it was a house with nearly the same equipement as at home. There were nothing to clean the house during the stay (vacuum...). A bit too many spider webs on the walls and the sealings. The constant cold air coming right on our faces during the nights due to an untight Velux window above us (we catched a cold).

Nice, ample 2-floor townhouse. Spacious, very private rooms and adequately furnished, large kitchen. Ample living room with two patio doors opening to a lovely gardened green belt. Plenty of open, free parking space. One full bathroom (shower) and, separately, one half- bathroom (toilet room). Security locker with code to get your keys in case you arrive late after reception hours, so let them know if you will be arriving late. Reception is well inside the complex, so pull well into the parking areas if you arrive late and find the little reception building, then use your code at the locker by the reception's door to retrieve your keys. 10 minutes drive to Disney parks. Carrefour and Casino Grocery stores within 10 minutes drive as well. Sugest you bring your gps with updated Europen maps. Located in a new, safe development area, but within 5 minutes drive of the very nice, ancient core area of the little township. Check out disney parks schedule for the month of your visit. Off-summer months they operate at much reduced hours, unlike what you may be used to see in the North American disney parks (I.E. they close at 6:00pm starting in early October and will shut down some of the attractions already, also fireworks and late-night show are offerred only in peak summer season...). The two parks are rather small when compared with Florida's, but are about she same size of those found in south California. Quiet complex unless you get some rowdy european park-going teenagers as your neighborhoods (no reception to complain to at night, so you'll have to live with it or deal with it by yourself). No reception service at night. Local police (gendarmerie) will do routine speed radar checks within the area at night and will use infrared binoculars to spot sleepy, drunk drivers (not that you can speed up much there, as French roads in this area are chocked full of roundabouts, which are found every 300 feet or so).

The appartment itself is spacious but very basic. Ideally situated for golf and for disneyland paris. Supermarket about 200 metres up the road next to a bar and takeaway pizza along with a pattiserrie and chemist. Supermarket closes at 9pm ( open 7 days a week)and shops at 8pm ( shut on Sundays ). Very handy to buy what you need for disney ( so expensive otherwise) and feed the troops with a pizza back at the appartment. For the money I thought it was very basic - E.g no kettle we had to boil water on the hob, no stand-in shower we had to have a bath and use the shower head to wash your hair, beds were uncomfortable and really low, not suitable for people who suffer with bad backs!!

Close to Val d' Europe and if you want to go to Disney and don't want to pay huge prices....... Been there three years ago to when visiting Disney with family when it was still looking good, but now it is getting run down, inside and outside, looks like no one cares. Lose tiles in bathroom, dirty etc. it really needs a update to keep people coming.

Good value hotel close to Eurodisney. Only problem was the noise. We were woken in the early hours by a group of teenagers chatting loudly outside our room. We asked them politely to stop and were sworn at. There were no staff on site overnight to report this to and to bring a halt to it. So the thing I didn't like was lack of overnight staff.

Location is near to Disneyland. The house is spacious and equipped with what the family needs. The kitchen is nice and view outside is good. There is only bath upstair, toilet is only downstair. The reception closes at 9 p.m, so you will not find any person after that. The reception gave me tickets for Disneyland and told me the time of working hours there, but he was wrong, so I missed visiting the studio even that I paid its ticket.

Close proximity to the Disneyland Park. About 5 minutes by car (don't know how the public transports work but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel). We booked a t3 House and it was big, clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms and a sofa-bed. No luxuries but great value for money! The kitchen is well equiped (stove, hoven, fridge etc) but could use a microwave!

PLenty of room for family of 6. Not far from disneyland. PLenty of room and was clean. Towel lasted all week and all aplliances worked. The internet never worked either wifi or cable. Parking was rubish if you came back late from disney couldnt get parked for love or money which when you have 2 sleepy toddlers and a disabled child it aint great. The staff were ok but never really understood when we mentioned the internet problem which after 2 days we gave up asking them to fix it. No kettle thou which was a pian.
