Basic, but very funtional kitchen made life on holiday with a young family so much easier. The space inside the rooms was great and having a washing machine was a big bonus! Clean, basic, but comfortable rooms........ we will be staying again :) I did not like the fact that there was no lighting outside. It made it quite dangerous walking to the rooms in the dark and ice! The stairs inside the rooms are not very child friendly and if/when I stay again I would make sure I took baby gates with me. |

location to disney and that the whole party could stay in one apartment and we could put the children to bed and then have adult meal without leaving building. First apartment shown was a little worse for wear, had cracked floor tiles in bathroom and only one toilet downstairs and one bathroom upstairs between 8 of us. We were moved to the disabled apartment, the one possibly shown on website, which had shower room and bathroom including 2 toilets, and was in much better condition. |

The only thing that was good about this hotel was that it was close to Disneyland and there was a bus out the front. The apartment lacked everything a family requires,Eg: Kettle, tea towels, cooking trays to use in the oven, microwave.The mugs and dishes were cracked and hadnt been replaced. The furnishing were lacking and what was there was old and ugly, including the red carpets that were worn thru and the washing machine did not work and there was no dryer. We booked a 4 bedroom apartment and go a 3bedroom and were told the sofa in the lounge area made the 4th bedroom. The shower did not have a curtain or screen so water went everywhere.The bedrooms lacked comfort and style.Very disappointing in all respects, and the staff did not make us feel welcome at all. Well over priced aparment for what we thought we were getting. |

Excellent staff. Location was good, as we traveled by bus, it was just a stepped away from the bus stop. Lovely view, peaceful and quiet. Staff was really helpful. The house, rooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room were all excellent. Food was not available easily. We have to get our food from a take-away order, or else at the nearest V'al de Europe shopping centre. |

The chalet was really quiet and it was great to be able to cook for ourselves, as all the food at Disneyland was extremely expensive and also very unhealthy. The no.34 bus stop for disneyland was right outside the hotel and only took six minutes. The chalet was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The toilet was downstairs which could be awkward in the middle of the night if you have very small children as there is a steep staircase. Apparently there is a supermarket nearby but we had to walk about ten minutes to find one, and then it was shut between 1 and 4pm. |

the place is very relaxing and quite clean. rooms are big and spacious. bus stop is just at the gate. 10mins to Disneyland Paris and to Chessy Station, 20mins to Val D Europe Shopping Centre. our stay in the hotel was great. Staff at the reception were quite helpful and friendly. we had breakfast in the hotel on our 2nd day but we were not pleased. we were expecting a big hot continental breakfast but we only had cold breakfast such as cereal, bread, yogurt and cheese. we really needed a big hot breakfast to start the day, especially as we were travelling to the main city of Paris. Anyway, we know now, so we just had to cook our breakfast for the other days. By the way, there are no microwave and no kettle in the rooms, need to boil in saucepans. |

I stayed in a two person maisonette while I was working locally. I felt a bit daft as I was on my own surrounded by families and couples enjoying Disney. It was all I could find that could provide me with a bath and internet connection for the dates required.(4 Nights) I was really comfortable, with lots of space and tons of hot water! I drove from the Uk, so took my own food.(Supermarket a short drive away) The kitchen was basic with no kettle or cups! I boiled water in a pan and drank my tea from a cereal bowl! I would stay there again, but can't comment on the local area and Disney as I felt disloyal visiting without my kids, so went to work, then watched 'Wheel of Fortune...In French. (Hilarious).Would go back to with kids though. Poorly equiped kitchen, slightly grumpy reception staff, but hey, its France! Bit tricky to find without SatNav. Easy with it. |

We were 5 persons in an appartment for up to 8 people. For us it was all right but if we were more than six I think we would have some problems (not enough chairs etc.) We cooked our food at the hotel and that was no problem either. There were enough plates and glases but we had to buy our own things to clean the dishes afterwards. The hotel was very close to Disneyland. You just took the bus right outside of the hotel and it was easy to go to the center of Paris from there too. The reception closed rather early and if you had any problem there was no one to ask late in the evening. |

The location was wonderful, the grounds of the hotel were clean and asthetically pleasing, the rooms were sparse but comfortable and very roomy. The staff was helpful, pleasant and spoke English. I did not like the bathtub/shower. It was built under the slant in the ceiling (if you stood up you bumped your head) and the room needed fans because the windows are "doors" and you cannot leave them open to sleep. It got a little stuffy. |

Easy to find the hotell. Nearby bus station,but be wear of buzzy bus- drivers.Close by EuroDisney-GOOD. Would like to know that we have to hold toilett paper,soap to dishes etc before we came to stay at the hotel. |

I stayed only one night. The purpose of the visit was Disney Land Paris. The hotel is very close to the park. With small children for me a house is more confortable than a hotel room. It was very simple, but very clean. Toilet is on the ground floor, while bed rooms are upstairs. The steps can be a challenge with small kids in the middle of the night. |
