very easy nothing

the parking is way to small. the houses are not nice at all. furniture is very old matresses very dirty and bad quality 4 people only 3 chairs. lighting very little overal an experience not to have again anymore

Relaxed, quuite place

- Internet practically useless. Very slow connection - takes hours to open even mail. - only French channels on TV.

Friendly helpful service, clean appartments. Good cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. Good location for Disney. Nice village and restauraunts nearby. Spacious appartment. Good parking and bus route

not enough comfortable chairs in living room. not enough mirrors, not enough hot water which went cold very quickly not enough kitchen utensils or cooking impliments

Close to Disney. Ideal if you travelling by car. With kids space more than hotel. Overall an experience we would not hesitate to have again.

Internet not working, One toilet downstairs. Stair case not child friendly.

Accommodation was clean comfortable and quite spacious. Fairly basic- but a great base for getting around the area i.e. Disney and Val D`Europe

Missing a few things- no knives, only one mug ! -but the guys in reception helped sort that out

It was peace, and comfortable.

The hot water in the shower was only in the morning time, not all the time, and it was old fashion tank boiler, hot water should be access able all the time.

Place near Disneyland.

check out time to early. could be postponed to 13.00 because if you walking in the park until 22.00 then you get to rooms at 23.00 to be up at 09.00 for kids was a bit difficult. Late check in procedure should be described more. it took me an 30 min to find out the box and the keys.

livingroom not cosy, one toilet for 8 persons... no wifi in the bungalow, internet-acces through cable

Easy access, roomy apartment, stocked kitchenette, nice sized refrigerator, extra chairs provided, nice for a family, very budget-friendly, linens were provided.

Was emailed wrong code for late check-in, so I had to use roaming on the cell to call $$. No washcloths; not quite enough towels. No Wi-Fi.

The location (3km from Disney with boulangerie nearby), the facilities in the apartment (washing machine, big fridge, dishwasher) and most of all the price. This was enough for me - my wife has a different opinion...!!

While it may not have been dirty per se, it wasn't the cleanest-looking place. The carpets upstairs while hoovered were threadbare with old stains and the walls had stains also for example. The toilet being downstairs only is an interesting and frustrating feature. Overall, the place has an air of neglect. I would use it again for price so close to Disney. However, my wife would not go within 5kms of it.

It was clean. Had a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, coffee perculator and all cutlery/crockery was clean too. Just 5 minutes from Disney the location was perfect. 10 mins from a Hypermarket/Retail Outlet and all self contained - felt safe. We took a kettle which I'd recommend and used the airer as a stair gate as the property is on 2 floors. Its the best value off site hotel which worked great for warming bottles and preparing kids a lunch bag each day. The cot they proivided was comfortable too.

Looks nothing like the picture - at all!! More like a row of terraced houses and it is basic. A new carpet and a lick of paint would go a long way - that said we were at Disney 12 hours a day and when we got back we had everything we needed and could pop out for a pizza to eat in.

Great location right next to Disney and a few minutes from a major shopping mall. Accommodation was clean, well laid out (with enough space for everyone) and fully loaded with internet, microwave, washing machine and even a dishwasher.

Walls are a little thin and so its a little noisy if the neighbours aren't considerate.

As you walked in the door you could smell cleaning products. All towels, bed sheets , appliances, bathroom and work surfaces were very clean. There was plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a 4 year old. Having a large family I found the washing machine, clothes airer, dishwasher , large fridge and cooking facilities very handy. It was cold so the wall heaters in each room made our stay much more comfortable. There are lots of plug sockets in each room.

The photographs on the website no longer resemble how it now looks and on approach it is a bit of a shock. The walls / doors are tatty and dirty. The carpets are old and shabby. The bathroom units were falling apart. The stairs felt unstable . There are no lights on the ceiling, lighting was provided by lamps which weren't all working/ appeared safe.

A house for 8 people should have more than 1 toillet.

Location was good for eurodisney...

The place was really warm , convenient for Disneyland Paris and a really good price

We were told we had internet in our accommodation but we didn't, so we were disappointed , also thought the tv channels were poor not in English .

I think it is priced very well, it's in a great location for Disney Land and has lots of amenities close by. Having a kitchen was great as we could make pack lunches to take the next day. The beds were comfortable, heating and hot water worked well.

The bathroom could have done with either a shower curtain or door as it got a bit wet. It would be good to have an allocated parking space outside your house as when we got back from dinner we had to park in another car park - with a sleeping three year old and walk up.

The Hotel is family friendly , the staff is excellent . 5 minutes driving from Disneyland paris. Easy access from the motorway.

The villa is a two floors for six persons with a Bath Room on the upper level ( no wc on the upper level & a wc in the lower level . it is a little bit not suitable for six persons . the kitchen equipment are a mix of every thing .no wine glasses . just water cups .

The photos of the house weren;t a true likeness.We found the house to be dirty,and the only toilet available was down stairs next to the kitchen for a family of 5.Also the free wi fi was so poor signal that none of my family could receive email ect all over the christmas period.Stayed at parks and suites last time we went to Euro Disney and was all round better experience

Loved the fact it had all the ammenties on hand. The bus outside and close to everything including the parks.

The shower / bath was upstairs. So no good for anyone with disabilities like me.

Very Clean, Staff very helpful, Large rooms, All facilities in the apartment, ie washing machine, dishwasher, etc, outside area with table and chairs, parking very good as well,

Coffee machine and cooker/sauce pan but No kettle, Not a problem, as cooker hob really good and could boil water very quickly,

Location was excellent!

Misleading information on the web page the pictures don't match the very poor condition of the room'S. Dirty Room's, smelt of Dogs,furniture was very poor, cracked window in one of the bedroom. No keetle. Very poor standard which was very poor considering the cost!!!
