The apartment was excellent. Very good facilities and quiet location. Good for families with car. Not speaking English at the reception desk!! I find it unacceptable for a person working in the reception desk and not being able (or did not want) to say a single word in English! |

The room was basic but very clean and ideal for a family. The whole complex is secure and very well run. It is an ideal base to explore this area of France. |

good kitchen equipment. it was the ugly and dirty hotel with a nasty smell in the room. during our long vacation in Europe (more than 10 hotels in Europe) this hotel was the worst one. Bad connection with the city center - first bus then metro. |

We always stay at Citea when we visit Marseille and would recommend it to anyone as it is clean, well priced and spacious. Reception closes at 6 pm at weekends not 8 pm as advertised- it took a frantic phone call on Sunday evening to get access to our room! |

L'hotel est bien situé à quelques minutes de marseille , son parking privé est très utile car les places de stationnement sont rares dans le coin Franchement je pense qu'il faudrait revoir un peu le ménage , pas très propre voir très sale ( vaiselle , sol , rideaux , four , etc ) |

Hotel bien situé à proximité de Marseille, très bon confort, spacieux, lave-linge, micro ondes, lave vaisseille, le parking gratuit... Tres mal insonorise, impossible de dormir la 1ère nuit on entendait la conversation des voisins de derrière pour dire...!!! Pas de four, pas assez de vaisselle, pas de poêle... |

Nous avons apprécié le calme, et la fonctionnalité du studio, le parking est également apréciable. peu de balisage, une fois arrivés à Plan de cucques, qualité des oreillers à améliorer, un peu plus de couverts, et une poele seraient bienvenus. |

Sols sales, poussiéreux, collant aux semelles, plaques électriques de la cuisine sales, vitres sales, rideau de douche partiellement déchiré, tringle du rideau de douche pas fixe au mur, couvre-lit d'une des chambres visiblement pas lavé régulièrement. |

Le très grand calme pour un hôtel situé en centre ville. La prestation hôtelière est quasiment inexistante. En effet, pour cinq nuits occupées, rien n'a été fait, pas de changement de serviettes, ni lit fait. Aucun ménage fait sur cette période en revanche il nous a été proposé moyennant finance une prestation pour cette durée. Même dans un hôtel de qualité moindre cette question ne s'est jamais posée! |
