Nice hotel with all basic ameneties, clean room, nice kitchen area in the room with all basic utensils. Reasonable internet connection. Close to public transportation. Courteous staff the toilet was too small |

Hotel is near of the city. The room was clean. The employees of the hotel are friendly. The room and the bathroom was completely cold. The heating doesn´t work. |

Large comfortable room with refrigerator and basic cooking facilities provided value for money for anyone having to visit the immediate vercinity. Not the greatest location but improving as the area undergoes extensive rebuilding. The local metro station is close by so one can easily access better areas for eating out. |

We stayed in a studio on the 7th floor (with balcony - not all rooms seem to have this) which was cleaned everyday - and the towels were changed too. Quite modern and well designed rooms. Sound proof walls - so the only noise was from the morning traffic (it is on a main street oppos to Seimens) if you kept the balcony door open. The metro is very near which has a direct line to city center. Overall I am very happy with the stay and would go again. We were travelling with bicycles and the hotel has no facility to park them - the hotel staff had no clue what we could do with them. Parking was a challenge esp. as we had a big car. There are few parking spaces and one has to squeeze inbetween cars. The hotel staff was very unfriendly on the day we arrived infact was extremely rude when we asked him the reason for paying the whole amount of the stay in advance on the day we arrived. This was a strange policy in the hotel which I havent seen anywhere else. |

Large quiet room, friendly flexible and helpful staff, easy to reach by car (near the Route Perferique, north of Paris), free parking in the neighborhood, metro station to center of Paris around the corner. |

Near metro and Stade de France, secure parking (though access a bit difficult if you have a large car). Room clean and well-equipped, bed comfortable. Surrounding area was quiet at w/e, might be noisy otherwise. Not sure how safe an area it is, some cars parked on street looked as if they had been vandalised. |

Quiet, good breakfast, room (I completed also a hard copy survey sheet present in the room) The design of the showers, which is a fault of the architect and builders and those placing the curtain. In a next project Citea should pay attention to this aspect because now all rooms and corridor show that there is leakage of the shower water. really a pity! |

La limpieza. Si, esta en una zona, considerada suburbio y un tanto peligrosa, yo no tuve ningún problema, pero un taxista me echo del taxi y no quiso llevarme allí a las 10 de la noche. El hotel no dispone de cafatería, el dia que llegamos no pudimos tomar ni un triste cola-cao. |

Situation géographique très bonne par rapport à mon besoin. Hôtel tres confortable, mais un peu bruyant (sur la route).Sinon Très bien ! Le bruit de la rue.... et aussi le buffet des petits-dejeuners un peu limité par rapport au prix (7,50€/personne). |
