Very friendly and welcoming (and English-speaking) staff. We had a 2 room apartment with kitchen facilities, which was very spacious and comfortable. A restaurant would have been nice. |

The Hotel is very well located with a tram stop literally at the front door. Rooms were good size. We had a 2 room apartment which suited our needs. Staff were very helpful. We made good use of the coin-operated laundry in the basement Room facilities were generally good, but a kettle would be good. The room had a coffee filter machine provided, but filter papers had to be purchased separately. Providing even one filter paper per room per day would seem reasonable. |

Our room was not cleaned by nigth time and had to sleep underneath dirty sheets as reception was closed. It is disguisting to use a room that the cleaner accidentally skipped! ...and we were not even compensated on the accident... |

The sofa bed was not made up for our two children when we arrived so we had to spend the time to do that. Also, I feel that all hotels should use duvets instead of wool blankets so the duvet covers can be washed after each guest checks out. It is important to feel as if everything you come in contact with has been freshly laundered... |

Największym atutem jest moim zdaniem lokalizacja. Cicha, spokojna dzielnica, w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie przystanków. Dogodne i szybkie połączenie z centrum miasta. Pokoje czyste z odpowiednim wyposażeniem. W naszym pokoju nie było telewizora. |

Impecable, juste une chose, on ne peut se garer devant... Deux fois le tour on a fait, et on etait 4.... donc bien que le papier toilette soit remplacer.... Bon ok pas grave, mais en arrivant a 23h... dur d'aller reclamer! |

Personnel de l'hotel m'a parut d'extreme gentilesse, la chambre etaot tres bien tenue, mais le petit dejeuner est trop domine par la vienoiserie. Une tranche de jambon serait bienvenue. l'hotel est loin de centre ville, meme si la station de tram A est tres tres proche. |

La facilité d'accès au centre ville de Strasbourg grâce au tramway dont un arrêt est situé devant l'hotel. L'accès à l'autoroute et à la route des vins est très facile à partir de l'hotel. Proximité d'un grand centre commercial accessible par le tram. Table trop petite pour repas de 4 personnes. |

pratique,kitchenette,calme,parking,arret tram a 2 pas... la chambre qui nous etait reservée n était pas prete a notre arrivée,nous avons eu la clef d une chambre ou le menage n'etait pas fait,nous avons ensuite recu la clef d une chambre ou il y avait deux lit simples au lieu d'un lit double.. |

Chambre spatieuse et calme. Tram vers le centre devant l'hôtel. Pas de serviettes de bain pour 2 le 2e jour alors qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre double. Les petits flacons de shampooing/savon liquide ne sont pas systématiquement remplacés lorsqu'ils sont vides ou entamés. La programmation des canaux télé est complètement désordonnée. |

Su excelente ubicacion , Tram al lado que resulta comodisimo para desplazarse.Tambien tiene aceso muy expedito para tomar las autopistas y recorrer los alrrededores. Sucedio un dia que llego una delegacion haciendo mucho ruido hasta alta hora de la noche , como el hotel no atiende a ese horario no habia a quien reclamar |
