Close proximity to city centre.

Only the location was good. The rooms were very small though they call them "superior suit". There was no space to open the luggage. Kitchenette was a mess. Not even water in the refrigerator. One of our rooms had a terrible view. We found garbage in one of the rooms when we just got the room.

The staff is terrible, rude and agressive. They accused us of not knowing the difference between a kitchen and a kitchenette. Though the rooms were not clean, they told us to clean our rooms before we left. During check-out, they brought us back to the room to show the dirt, although we cleaned them as much as we could. The rooms were very small though they say they were superior suites.

It was a convenient location, but staff were unaccomodating. Location is definitely good if you do not care about comfort and cleanliness. It was a spacious room for Paris.

Faciility is in a very old building next to a bar, not good for families with kids. The beds were uncomfortable, the room looked dark and dirty. We were charged 80 euros to unlock our room because we left our key inside.

Voor een prima prijs zit je op een van de beste plekken van Parijs. Vanaf het dakterras heb je een fantastisch uitzicht over de Arc de Triomphe. Verder is de hotelkamer van alle gemakken voorzien.

Het was onduidelijk wat de openingstijden van het dakterras waren. Soms zat de deur gewoon op slot (bijv. om 10.30 uur 's ochtends). Sommige personeelsleden waren erg slordig en laks. Op het moment dat veel mensen moesten uitchecken, bleef de receptioniste bijvoorbeeld gewoon in haar kantoortje zitten. Daarnaast zijn er geen faciliteiten, zoals een mogelijkheid tot het kopen van drinken/water.

L'hotel est confortable et très bien situé dans Paris pour un prix honorable

1) Le petit déjeuner à 8h 30. Problème de gestion du petit déjeuner. Comme je faisais un marathon je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner à 7h. et mon épouse non plus. Par contre, on nous a gentiment proposé de le prendre dans les environs... Ce qui n'était pas une idée géniale 2) Le bruits sans cesse des gens de la boite de nuit . Difficle de passer une nuit complète sans être réveillé.

Le situation de lieu est très pratique, accueil de reception est confortable,

L'hotel è centralissimo, a due passi dall'arco di trionfo. Camera e bagno sono spaziosi, specie per gli standard di Parigi. Il letto è un vero matrimoniale, e non un divano letto come spesso ti propongono i residence in centro.Lo staff è cortese, la pulizia e il cambio della biancheria sono quotidiani e accurati.Il cucinino è minuscolo, ma dopotutto non servono grandi spazi per cucinare in vacanza

L'hotel non mette a disposizione spugna e detersivo per le stoviglie, ma bisogna attrezzarsi da sé , o comprare un kit da 3 euro alla reception.
