I liked the location, the approach, the arrangement of Citea Tour Eiffel. The room service is quite good. I did not appreciate very well the arrongance, the unfriendly and unprofessional behaviour of one male receptionist (a coloured man). Please note that I am myself a coloured man (see my name) so it has not to do with race. |

Excellent location for restaurants, baker, supermarket, metro & sightseeing. Pleasant area and felt very safe We thought we were to get a room with balcony but the door was blocked. However the staff were very helpful in trying to solve the problem. Because the hotel was full we accepted a room with no balcony which was more satisfactory because we could open the window. In the event it did not spoil our holiday. |

The Citea Tour Eiffel was certainly not as represented, and other than being a 20 minute brisk walk to the Eiffel Tower, there was not much to like. The wet, rotted, and actively moldy kitchen floor. The broken refrigerator that allowed the food to spoil in one day, The bathroom with large areas of exposed bare plaster, because the paint was literally falling off the walls. The bed that was only a little softer than the wooden floor, but preferrable because it was not moldy. The room safe that had no instructions, and did not work. The fact that the hotel charged my credit card for the 4 night stay before we saw the room, and then said they had no better rooms in their facility, or any of their sister hotels, that didn't also have moldy floors. Apparently they have ongoing plumbing problems that they cannot repair, and they just allow the wooden floors to rot away. |

The staff on the front desk were really helpful, particularly when I fused the power in my room! I had requested - & received - a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was great. I was expecting a fold-down bed, so this was no surprise, but there must have been a 4 inch difference in height between the head & foot, making it impossible to sleep. I ended up sleeping horizontally across the foot of the bed! |

The frying pan was in poor shape, the non-stick coating was half worn off. We were surprised to be charged an additional Euro p.p.p.d. This should have been mentioned in the booking information. |

An ok location for Paris, and the area Commerce, which is cheaper for eating out and shopping. In between 2 very close metro stations, on the bus 42 bus route straight to Gare du Nord. Polite staff and a luggage holding facility if you check out earlier than you need to leave Paris. No decent view from at least the 3rd floor down, no kettle in the kitchen, which is 2 electric hob rings, no oven, a microwave and a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge. In hindsite, would rather have spent the same money on a better hotel room with breakfast. |

Secured, safe and quite (surrounding and location). (1) Customer service (front desk) does not mentioned to me in advance whereby my booking is included the breakfast when I make a payment. After the second day only I mentioned to them that I've entitled for breakfast; no refund for the breakfast that I missed/ no other complimentary were given to overcome the situation. (2)Refrigerator is not working. Do complaint but no solution. |

We stayed at a room with a duble bed and an extra bed. The space was enough for two adults and two kids (2yr and 4yr). Towels are changed everyday. Necessary kitchen utensils (pans, dishes, folks, knives, coffee maker etc. etc.) are provided. Supermarket (Monoprix) is within walking distance. My credit card (JCB) was not accepted for unkown reasons. Hotel staff did not solve the problem but just repeated sliding my card through a card reader. After keeping me waited for two days and at last asked me another mode of payment, though this is a minor complaint. |

We wanted to stay at the Citea Tour Eiffel due to the pictures on the internet site but got moved to the Citea on the Champ Elysees and the Hotel was not worth the money, but the location was brilliant. The hotel also made all these changes 24 hours before we landed in paris after we had the room booked since August. This was not acceptable!!!!!! There was a 'kitchen' in a cupboard, the first room we were put in was a very poor layout and we got moved to a smaller room but paid the same price just for a view, there was mould in the bathroom and cracked tiles, the decor was not at all the same to the picutres displayed on the internet!!!!!! |

I particularly enjoyed the location - 5mn away from the Eiffel Tower in the heart of the bustling 15th district. The range of shops and boutiques available within the area was amazing and gave me the flavour of a distinctively authentic Parisian experience. |

15 min walk to the tower. We were upgraded to top floor apartment (Level 7) - great room and great view. Bathroom was a little worn, no shower curtain, bit these were very minimal and would not prevent me from returning! |
