The room has a kitchen, which saves money in a city so expensive! There is a nice supermarket nearby. Interestingly, for stays up to 3 nights there is cleaning service. Between 4 and 7 nights there isn'T. Above that, there is... An incomprehensible logic!

Very good. You can cook by yourself in the room. 24H reception If you want room cleaning service, you must pay 20 euros per day. There is an old man in the reception, he can not do the maths. He is unable to do all the calculation. So if you want to pay, you have to convince him to trust your maths ability.

The location is good, you have the underground very close, restaurants and shops are near by. Instead of eating out all the time, you have all the equipments to cook in your apartment.

Very good location near a metro station. Two supermarkets nearby (note they close at 21.00). Very clean room and a convenient kitchenette. Lack of communication: the hotel did not answer to my emails, so I had to call them for sorting out their problem with my credit card.

The apartments at Citea are great value for money. The rooms are done everyday and the train station is very close. There is also a supermarket located only a block away plus a cafe and a couple of restaurants. Not bad for a holiday or even for a business trip. I stayed there 2 separate times and was happy with it. I wish they would have cleaned the laundry room more often as there was a bad smell there most of the time I used it.

Stuff was friendly, except one man who was a little unpolite. Bed cloth was changed every day like a towels. The hotel offer nice kitchen with necessary equipment. Placement is good - next to metro and supermarket is close. Also many restaurants are. It was necessary to notice in comment of booking - one or two beds in room. Also were very big sausepan and frying-pan. No hooks in bathroom. Sometimes the Internet didn't work.

to start with, the receptionist was awful/disgusting.. when we reached the hotel and getting the room keys, the guy was picking his teeth and taking things out of his mouth with his fingers.. yuck.. totally disgusting.. u can't take the car out of the garage between 12 and 2 PM over the weekend. totally not acceptable.. do not go there.. u will certainly find better places for that money..

l'apparthotel est tres bien situé: à 5 minutes de la station malakoff plateau de vanves (ligne 13).Le quartier est calme. Les studios sont propres, bien équipés et bien insonorisés. Le personnel est tres sympa.

la posizione comoda per il metrò a circa 500m. La camera piccola ma confortevole, silenziosa, cucinotto spartano ma con tutto il necessario, letti comodi. l'odore della camera probabilmente impregnata nella moquette che non andava via nonostante la finestra aperta.

Quarto limpo e com uma relação qualidade/preço/localização aceitável tendo em conta que estamos em Paris. 55 euros para uma pessoa por noite. Microondas, frigorífico, placa e utensílios de cozinha limpos e organizados. Não utilizei para estavam funcionais para quem pretender fazer alguma refeição ligeira. Está muito próximo do metro Malakoff - Plateau de Vanves (linha 13). Quem vier de Paris, mal saia do metro tem um pequeno túnel que liga directamente à Rue Jean Bleuzen. São 7 minutos a pé. A recepção com muita falta de coordenação e pouco atenciosos. Paguei as duas noites à chegada. Quando parti, a funcionária dizia que não tinha pago. Mentira... Felizmente tinha guardado o recibo do Multibanco, caso contrário, iria ser um problema para resolvermos a situação. Eu não iria pagar uma conta que já tinha pago! O problema era o tempo que se perdia para resolver a situação e eu não fui a Paris para perder tempo com funcionários incompetentes! Em relação ao quarto, o facto do colchão ser uma simples esponja. Dá para dormir mas não é um colchão a sério.
