The room was very tired, and the bathroom was an absolute disaster- toilet and tiles from the nastiest part of the 1960's, and judging by the frayed edges, the towels were too ... As if that wasn't enough, the A/C didn't go below 24C and you couldn't open the window for the wasps.. Bonne sejour!

We were giving one of the 4 rooms that we booked that was not in the hotel building (room 31). For a married couple with young children this was totally unacceptable. We had booked 4 rooms between 2 families (9 people) and we had to make do with 3 rooms instead of 4. We discussed with reception and the manager and they did nothing other than put an additional pullout bed into one of the 3 rooms. If we had of known that one of the 4 rooms we booked was not in the hotel proper we would have never have booked this room. We will never stay at this hotel again.

1 prijs kwaliteit voor 1 persoonskamer 2 ligging bij uitvalsweg 3 ligging dicht bij centruim 4 schitterende tuin bij het hotel behorend de 1 persoonskamers zijn allleen aan de voorzijde dit betekent veel verkeerslawaai

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Es scheint, dass die Besitzer keinen Aufwand mehr ins Hotel stecken wollen. Die Handtücher waren teilweise fast schon am Zerfallen, fleckig und rochen teilweise nach Schimmel. Die Wände waren fleckig. Im Bett waren Haare, auf dem Kopfkissen verwaschene Blutflecken. Da das Doppelzimmer sehr klein war, haben wir uns ein größeres Zimmer angesehen - dort waren große schwarze Schimmelflecken im Bad, es roch überall nach Schimmel, der Boden war verschmutzt. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, wenn der erste morgens duscht, werden alle anderen wach.

L'accueil était correct et le petit-déjeuner excellent. Petit souci avec le wc ... L'hôtel n'a pas proposé une légère "indemnisation" - par exemple, les frais de parking gratuits - pour nous dédommager, alors que nous avions pris une douche avec le wc et que nous avons dû fermer l'eau durant la nuit.

Hotel très proche de centre d'Avallon. L'arrière de l'hotel donne sur un parc, agréable par beau temps. On m'a attribué une chambre coté parc, plus calme, alors que j'ai payé le prix pour une chambre coté rue. Petit déjeuner agréable. Oreillers en plumes. Les serviettes de toilette paraissaient propres, mais dégageaient une mauvaise odeur à l'utilisation.
