Friendly and helpful reception. Modern comfortable room and amenties. Suggest a fridge and air conditioning as the main road outside the hotel had lots of cars and fumes and therefore leaving the window open letsw both noise and fumes in. |

yes, the price was surely a bargain, but would have been willing to pay more for a few improvements - requested a copy and person was quite helpful there was not a computer available - did not bring laptop on vacation - too much to carry - other hotels we stayed in had computer for guests to check email, etc. - place looks worn out - person who greeted us did not seem happy we were there |

The hotel was in an amazing location, looking right over the start of the enormous Sunday market in the town and only a few minutes walk from the station/bus drop off. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean and perfect for a short stay. Great value for money. Tea/coffee making facilities were not available in the room or elsewhere in the hotel. This was the only thing that would have made the hotel better. If you live somewhere very quiet, you might find the roadside location a little noisy, but overall this didn't disrupt our stay at all. |

Rooms are recently renovated, very clear, comfortable and look nice. there was also terrace on the 2nd floor, where we spent the evenings. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. There was very hot and no fridge, the reception-guy gave us a bowl of ice to cool the vine :) |

The pictures in reception of the erection of the Eifel Tower! Closness to Hotel d' Ville (for wedding) and rue de nationale. Private parking undercover and secure. Large bathroom and excellent power shower Road noise as we stayed on that side of the hotel. The back over looks a residential area so much quieter - buy hey its a city hotel! |

Everything was generally very clean and efficient and represented very good value for money. The secure parking which we required was one of the best we have come across and gave easy access to the hotel. There was a small issue with night access as the code did not work properly, Fortunately there was a member of staff about to leave when we arrived and we were able to gain access |

The hotel and the room we stayed in were nicely decorated and the bathroom was very modern and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and my children and I really liked the bar/breakfast area with a pretty and pleasant terrasse outside. The breakfast was good. The hotel was very close to the Railway station and the shuttle to the Tours Airport. |

This was a very good base for our garden and plant studies. The Citôtel Criden met us with a sincere smiling hostess. We took pictures of several interesting design items and solutions of good taste. A good place, since we don't mind very much of the routine looking facade of the house with a fuel station at the street floor. |
