Citotel De La Gare  

The staff was very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Other than croissant/baguette, there also were yoghurts, crepes, cheese, cereals ...5 or 6 different jams. All local produce. There was a wide range of newspapers available, magazines and free access to a computer with internet access. The room was spotless. It was totally quiet in the hotel at night. It is very well located. 2 minutes from the station, 2 minutes from the main square, place de la Liberté where there is a wide range of restaurants and cafes. There is also a cinema which shows some films in English.

The room was terribly old fashioned with very high ceilings, no curtain or blind. Only option at night was to close the outside blind completely which is not good on a hot night. The colours on the walls inside the room were drab and there were no pictures on the walls so no personal touch. The bedding was clean but again old fashioned. The streets were noisy at night but I suppose it is difficult to avoid in a town centre.

Friendly and helpful welcome and excellent views from 5th floor bacony. Conveniently situated close to bus and train station. Good, if slightly limited breakfast.

Room described as superior was very basic and not comfortable.

I booked a 'superior room with sea view' I found the room basic, but spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices for the room were in my experience over priced but that could be due to location.

Facile d'accès, bon accueil, chambre propre, bon petit déjeuner : séjour dans cet hôtel sans problème !

L'hôtel est proche de la gare. Des revues sont à disposition à l'accueil. La chambre était propre et bien isolée (côté rue, aucun bruit).

L'hôtel fait assez vieillot, aussi bien pour les parties communes que les chambres. Fortes odeurs de tabac et de nourritures dans les couloirs. Petit déjeuner buffet médiocre : peu de choix en fruits, crêpes de grandes surfaces toutes sèches (un comble pour la Bretagne), peu de choix en général. Vieil ascenseur minuscule dans lequel on ne rentre qu'à une personne. J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour son appartenance à la gamme Citotel pensant qu'il serait aussi bien qu'un autre hôtel Citotel déjà testé, quelle déception.

Le prix: D'une chambre retenue à 47€ la nuit est passée à 52€ .La réservation avait été faite le 7/08/2011 pour le 7/10/2011.

Cet hôtel est agréable tant par sa propreté que par son personnel! De plus, il est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la gare et de nombreuses lignes de bus. Le quartier est bruyant mais la bonne isolation des fenêtres permet de dormir au calme! Le service de plateaux-repas est très appréciable lorsqu'on n'a pas envie de chercher un restaurant et les plats sont excellents!
