Price for the lodging is fair and the location very convenient. John Marc the receptionist was wonderful and very helpful!

The direction to the hotel is not very good. I had a very difficult time finding the hotel after getting off the metro at Place Italie. Also the direction from the airport should be better.

The location is good near to Place D'Italia metro station. There are many restaurants and a shopping centre in the area. Staff was correct.

Our double room was quite small and specially the Bathroom.

Very noisy at night, room doors are too close to each other, could hear other rooms banging doors. Was quite near to main road, can be quite noisy.

The proximity of a metro station, bus station, lots of bistros and restaurants and even a shopping center. Only 15-20 min to city center.

The small bathroom. But if you are there to visit the city it counts less.

The hotel is like 2 min walk from the metro station which is on the main attraction line. And since you can go anywhere in Paris while taking a Metro... the location of the hotel was perfect. The Street was calm and the room had a gorgeous window.

Staff not very knowledgeable. I find it really weird that in a city like Paris.. The receptionist is not a local and cannot suggest places to go to. Plus, I know that all hotels in Paris are practically the same, but the walls are so thin that one night we had to wait for the room above us to finish their shower so we could sleep.

Small, but very clean and cosy rooms, friendly stuff. Location not central, but very easy reachable with metro. Good choice for budget travelers.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so helpful and obliging. The location was only a 2 minute walk to the Metro. The area felt very safe and had lots of lovely outside eating restaurants.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location at a very good price, 15 minutes outside central Paris on the Metro but within walking distance of many nice restaurants (we ate at O'Jules 2 nights in a row and loved the food and the atmosphere) and bars. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is very small but the positives far outweigh the negatives of this lovely hotel.

close to the subway station and tide room

the tiny lift only can reach 5 floor, if you live above 5 floor, you have to walk. Poor sound proof may trouble you if you have a noise neighbor.

Convenient situation. Clean and comfortable. Safe box in room.

Silly rules like no eating in room, no ironing in room! why?

excellent value for money

Quite cheap for Paris. Clean rooms, reception staff friendly and helpful. Close to Place d'Italie - restaurants with decent prices and acces to metro station.

The building is quite old, so expect very small rooms and tiny bathrooms, narrow staircase and small old elevator.

Location is not *right* in the heart of Paris, but its still great as its in a nice non touristy neighbournhood and just a few stops away on the excellent metro or bus services. Value for money is UNBEATABLE, as the room is small yet not crowded, and there's a view, and a lift!

My French is not great, but neither was their English

Good location, near by the metro. Elevator is available (3person max).

There is no air condition and it was so hot during the visit. Service was bad after we paid. Some staff could not speak English.

Close to the metro station (Place d'Italie) and the bed was comfortable. There was a small booklet in which you can find bacis information about the hotel, transportation etc..

There was no hair dryer.

Stuff was frieandly and helpfull. Near the hotel is metro station and a few bakeries and supermarkets with good food, Everything in hotel is small but it is nice and celan. It is exellent place for stay in Paris and reach anywhere...

Close to the Metro station Place d'Italie, some effort to find once you eventually identify the correct street after emerging from the underground exit. The roundabout is so huge it is impossible to read street signs without walking hundreds of metres. But this is true of most places in Paris. Good friendly reception personnel and all kindly spoke english. Good sized room and functional but compact ensuite. Quite a bit of traffic noise from the busy street below even from the fourth floor. After our original 6 nights in Paris, this was good value stay for one night stopover on our return from the Loire Valley for 3 nights, as it is only a few Metro stations from Gare Austerlitz. Overall we would stay again for short stays, but a bit noisy for our liking.

Trying to locate the Hotel when on foot, even with a map, as street signs are very difficult to find, perhaps a GPS would make it less hassle.

Room a bit small and elevator only goes to 5th floor (I was on the 6th) so I had to walk up some stairs each time.
