At 50 meters from the Cathedral. The bed is comfortable. Internet WiFi works well. Staff are kind. Room is clean. Breakfast is acceptable. Price is much below the average. Room is small and there is little space for work.

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the location was excellent for touring--right in the center of the tourist area and in a busy-enough area that I felt safe walking at night to get back to the hotel but it was not too noisy to sleep. I could not get a reliable internet signal in my room.

Location was great, walking distance to many great restuarants(La Cloche à Fromage)/Cathedral/Petite France, etc!! Price was perfect, reasonable for accomdations -- excellent for location! Location -- within walking distance to many great cafes, sights, etc. but room location on front of building will not allow for a peaceful nights sleep. Request a room on opposite side of building.

The position of the hotel to the tourist activities ( boat ride,souvenir shops, cathedral, cafes and restaurants etc.) is excellent. We found the staff to be most helpful and courteous.The room was more than adequate,both in comfort and size. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family,friends or other travellers.

Nice room. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful desk staff Perhaps Strasbourg is an expensive city, but I thought the room cost was perhaps 20% too high

Excelente localização e por ser um hotel duas estrelas até que achei o serviço e os quartos bons. Este hotel fica em um predio tipico da região e para quem quer explorar strasburgo esta extremamente centralizado. O box do banheiro é meio apertado, mas isto é quase um padrão na Europa.

Unicamente da localização..... A recepção muito confusa, somente por interfone.... Muitas escadas, e isto não estava descrito no detalhamento. Quarto extremamente pequeno e banheiro, nem se fale.

Eravamo a 2 passi dalla cattedrale, dall'imbarco per il battello, da alcuni musei e dalle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. E' situato proprio nel cuore della città. Erano, sia la camera che il bagno, pulite. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Bagno troppo piccolo.

Lage und Preis, Internet funktioniert sehr gut. Ansonsten etwas basic, macht aber nichts für 2 Nächte, kein Aufzug. Frühstück basic, aber reicht. Fön wäre praktisch gewesen und Teekocher, weil abends der Empfang geschlossen ist.

Su ubicación y la atención de la recepcionista que era sumamente cordial e inmediatamente intentó (intentó) solucionar lo que le pedimos. El hotel!!! Salvo los 10 metros de la entrada... Que sinceramente engañan por lo lindo... En cuanto se empieza a subir la primer escalera te deprime. Los pasillos son horribles, la habitación es más que minúscula...y no necesariamente te dan la que da a la calle como figura en el sitio. El ropero de la habitación triple tenía exactamente 3 (tres) perchas. El baño si estás excedido de peso unos 3 kilos, ya te golpeas con las paredes... La mampara de la diminuta ducha no cerraba entonces bañarse era casi a los golpes. Cuando leí este comentario de otro viajero, pensé que exageraba...pero no, no exageraba nada. Casi diría que desde sentado en el inodoro es posible lavarse los pies en la ducha...no se si me explico. No había secador de pelo...y cuando lo pedí me lo dieron... Solo que en el baño no hay enchufe!!!!! Tampoco había calefacción en el baño... Me mandaron una estufa.... Jaja no se para que si como ya dije.. Hay enchufe en el baño. Entre las camas de esta habitación triple había como máximo 60 cm lo que se dice "comodísimo"

L'emplacement , le rapport qualité/prix, Accessibilité au 3ième étage sans ascenseur ( personne pour vous aider pour les bagages) Pas d'accueil le soir après 20h, ni le matin avant 7h00 ( nous devons aller vers un autre établissement plus haut dans la rue chercher clef et code d'accès) . Pas de possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner le matin de bonne heure 6h00 6h30(avant départ à la gare) bien que compris et payé dans la réservation!!

Très bonne situation de l'h^tel au centre ville (petite-france, cathédrale, restaurants, quais, péniches, bars-dansants, parking ( 17€) à proximité) chambre pour 2, petite mais suffisante. Pas de bruits petite salle de bains ( on pouvait se laver les pieds dans la douche en étant sur les toilettes... Pas de réception permanente au cithotel ( seulement de 8 à 15 ) il faut donc passer par un autre hôtel pour entrer, sortir ou avoir le parking ( mais hôtel situé à ...30 mètres.) petite salle de bains ( on pouvait se laver les pieds dans la douche en étant sur les toilettes...

Son emplacement presque au pied de la Cathédrale. L'amabilité du Personnel quand il est là cad au petit déjeuner puisque la réception n'est ouverte que de 7h à 15h Le confort est vraiment très moyen et l'ensenble mériterait une forte rénovation...
