Location is verry good and price is reasonable. Breakfast skipped, there are many nice boulangeries in the city whith better price/quality rato. silence in the room although a café and food market is nearby (saterday).

The smell inside the room was like sigarette smoke. The tubing and floor in the bathroom was old and ugly. The bathroom had extra (unused) space which could better be inside the room, which was rather small.

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the location was excellent for touring--right in the center of the tourist area and in a busy-enough area that I felt safe walking at night to get back to the hotel but it was not too noisy to sleep.

I could not get a reliable internet signal in my room.

Location was great, walking distance to many great restuarants(La Cloche à Fromage)/Cathedral/Petite France, etc!! Price was perfect, reasonable for accomdations -- excellent for location!

Location -- within walking distance to many great cafes, sights, etc. but room location on front of building will not allow for a peaceful nights sleep. Request a room on opposite side of building.

The position of the hotel to the tourist activities ( boat ride,souvenir shops, cathedral, cafes and restaurants etc.) is excellent. We found the staff to be most helpful and courteous.The room was more than adequate,both in comfort and size. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family,friends or other travellers.

Perhaps Strasbourg is an expensive city, but I thought the room cost was perhaps 20% too high

Situation géographique exceptionnelle, à 2 pas de la cathédrale, de la zone piétonnière/commerçante, des bateaux-mouche, des winstubs et restaurants, de nombreux musées, etc. Et aussi, le samedi matin, marché et brocante tout proches. Petit déjeuner plus que convenable, en particulier un bon pain frais. Pas de problèmes de stationnement car parking privé à proximité (+ € 17/jour). Personnel sympathique et serviable. En résumé, excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Le seul point positif concerne l'accueil du personnel, vraiment aimable.

Ma chambre était sale, j'ai même eu droit a du papier de toilette dans les escaliers pour m'accueillir. Un rideau de douche super hygienique...des traces suspectes sur les toilettes et on se demande depuis quand la brosse des toilettes n'a pas été changé. Il y avait des miettes sur la moquette de la chambre, un vrai délice. Les murs sont vraiment à raffraichir, pareil pour les rideaux notamment les rideaux blancs qui sont actuellement plus gris que blanc faute de les laver. Plus jamais cet hôtel, je préfere passer à la concurrence. D'autant que ce n'est pas ca qui manque sur Strasbourg.

Son emplacement presque au pied de la Cathédrale. L'amabilité du Personnel quand il est là cad au petit déjeuner puisque la réception n'est ouverte que de 7h à 15h

Le confort est vraiment très moyen et l'ensenble mériterait une forte rénovation...

Sa situation bordée par de petites places piétonnes, centrale et calme.

La tuyauterie a fait du bruit toute la nuit - chasse d'eau.

Es ist alles relativ eng, vor allem das badezimmer. Für den preis ist das aber völlig in ordnung

Bien situé, en plein coeur du vieux strasbourg.

Toilettes de la chambre ne fermés pas : pour 2 personnes intimité limitée!!
