A second stay at this chain, but our first at Millau. Good value, clean and comfortable. Nearby restaurants and bars, 5 minute walk away. Some noise from the station opposite in the morning, but unaware of any through trains during the night.

Ideal hotel to stay a night in the nice town of Millau. Free parking across the street next to the railway station, but 'safe' as confirmed by hotel staff. We could stall our bicycles in the hotel. Very friendly& helpful staff. Breakfast buffet ok for the price. Hotel bar closed at night, a vending machine with cold drinks would have been nice. Small rooms no airco or fan which was a pity as it was almost 40 degrees c the day we arrived.

The best thing about this hotel is its position. Excellent for access to the old town of Millau and a short drive to 'the bridge'. However, our room was very small and, whilst clean, was seriously in need of some updating and redecoration. The breakfast was good and the staff pleasant enough. As we were only there for one night it was ok but we would certainly not have wished to spend a week's holiday in that hotel bedroom.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is always clean and offers excellent value for money. I was travelling on a motorcycle tour and this hotel met all my needs Thank you I will be staying there again next year I have no complaints my only observations were that its appearance from the outside was in need of a some paint - this may put some people off going inside, however once inside the hotel then the facilities and cleanliness were excellent value

The room was clean but very hot. The bathroom facilities with a concertina door which could not close properly was embarrassing.- Definitiely not a proper en-suite. I cannot complain about the staff or the basic cleanliness but would not stay there again.

M'ha agradat la ubicació prop del centre I a l'hora de l'aparcament de l'estació. Més al centre és impossible aparcar. A l'estació és de franc entre les 18h I les 8h. El preu está bé: 20 cm l'hora. L'habitació no era res de l'altre món, pero era neta I el llit còmode. Està bé per aquest preu. El noi de la recepció molt amable.

Le Citotel Jalade nous a particulièrement bien plu car bien situé à millau avec un accueil très chaleureux et familial, rempli de simplicité. Chambre confortable et très correcte ainsi que le petit déjeuner copieux. A recommander sans aucun problème.

Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, une grande disponibilité de ces derniers (Préparation d'un petit déjeuné à 2h30 du matin!!! Dans le cadre d'un week end sportif). Cet hôtel est particulièrement propre et bien tenu. J'ai passé au "Citotel Jalade" un moment agréable et convivial.

Pas de place de parking gratuite. Trop de bruit dans les chambres voisines: des ebats amoureux a la douche a 2h du matin on a eu l'impression que tout se passait dans notre chambre!

Vi kom när hotellet var stängt på em. Ringde det nummer som stod vid entrén. Inom fem minuter var personalen där och tog emot oss. Det var enastående!
