Convenience for motorway and resturance attached to hotel, friendlyness of staff and helpfulness.

That I was able to get a family room at a reasonable rate and that it was convenient and close to the motorway for our onward journey

A very convenient hotel for a stopover en route as very close to motorway. Clean & comfortable

Restaurant appears only to be open for lunch. As this is a hotel primarily suitable for stopovers, it would be far more convenient if it was also open in the evening

We feel as though the service could be improved by a member of staff being in attendance during the day. After a long drive from Calais we arrived only to find the door locked and we couldn't get in, therefore we had to wait 2 hours.(we apperciate that on the booking form checking in was at 5pm, but it would have been nice to be able to wait inside.We also were hungry and went to order some food in the attached restaurant only to be told that it was now closed. In the itinery it said there was a restaurant next door but no mention of opening time, however we were told of an eating place 1kilometre up road which we then visited and this was first class.

Th welcome and service from the staff ,the location next to a Bakery butchers and small supermarket so we could buy bread and meat for the packed luch the next day

Lack of power sockets in the hotel room and restauranet next to hotel closed on Saturday but within easy walking distance to a restuarnt recommended by hotel

Pleasant reception, adequate room, excellent help from the manageress with wi-fi. Pity the restaurant wasn't open, it was a 500m walk to Le Bon Pan (where the meal was excellent).

Corridor lighting was very poor.

Gute Lage unmittelbar zu Autobahn und rn, nahe Lage zu Troyez. Gutes Restaurant angeschlossen mit guter Küche.

Frühstück: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Rustig in een dorp en toch dichtbij uitvalsweg.

Het naburige restaurant is buiten het seizoen op maandag, dinsdag en woensdag gesloten.

Accueil et personnel sympas; parking aisé; chambre(s) propre(s); site calme...

Disponibilité Wi-Fi très difficile, accessoires dans les chambres défectueux (pommeau de douche partiellement cassé, plusieurs ampoules brûlées, papier peint vétuste,...); offre du petit déjeuner un peu limité (ni croissants, ni pains au chocolat, ...)

Sa situation et le calme environnant. Chambre assez spacieuse.

Par rapport à sa présentation lors de notre réservation (photo avec maison à colombages), nous avons été très déçu à notre arrivée de voir qu'en fait c'était le restaurant attenant et non pas la partie hôtel, un batiment moderne et sans âme. L'entrée mal entretenue puis la chambre aux revêtements défraichis et "fatigués".

Rustig. Nette hotelkamer. Gemakkelijk te vinden. In de nabijheid van de autosnelweg. Niet ver van de stad Troyes. Goed voor 1 nachtje op doorreis en om 's avonds een terrasje te doen in de stad.

Geen goede matras om op te slapen. Je vertrekt niet echt uitgerust. Het ontbijt was te karig voor de gevraagde prijs.
