the hotel was very close to the city centre,and staff were helpful. free parking very close by but trains could be heard from the nearby rail station. the rooms were very small but we were given a larger room when we asked |

The location was good, right near the train station. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast room was pleasant, and there was a good buffet. The lack of an elevator--hard to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. |

Literally right across Blois train station--Great location for day trips to nearby chateaux, Host couple warm and helpful. Room cosy and clean. No kettle or coffee and tea making facility--couln't even have some hot water to drink unless the host is around during the day, Walls real thin--we could hear the woman next door muttering non-stop. |

The staff was extremely friendly and the facilities were wonderful for the price. It was very centrally located and had free, easily accessible parking. Breakfast was great for the price! |

Clean room. Good breakfast. Easy to find (next to the station). Comfy bed. Our room had no traffic noise. Ideal for an overnight stay en-route to the South! I'd recommend you confirm your booking direct with the hotel. For some reason, they don't always seem to receive automated bookings. |

This was our half way stop on the way to and back from the south of France. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and they allowed us to have a camp bed in the quadruple room to accommodate another child. Breakfast was good too. |

We were quite disapointed at the hotel. In it's description it said they had rooms with air conditioning, when we arrived and asked for an air conditioned room, the owner of the hotel said they did not have any rooms with air conditioning. The staff was unfriendly and they barely spoke English, there were no elevators so we had to take our luggage 3 flights of stairs. We ask for a map of the town, and was told we had to go to the "office of turism" of the town, we got inadequate directions to the place and to think they (the hotel) could at least go to that place and get some maps so it's guests wouldn't have to walk to that office to get a map of the area... and to top it all it was by a train station, so you could hear the trains all nigh |

Good location near the train station and the city center. Numerous restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Free internet provided. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Room didn't have air conditioning. No parking at the hotel. Was able to park on the street by the train station. I don't believe there was an elevator. |

The owners were lovely - friendly and helpful, and happy to try to communicate with us in English when my tiny bit of French was insufficient! We had one minor problem with our room, which was fixed immediately when we asked. The room was clean, with comfortable beds, and there were lovely pictures on the wall to cheer up the room. We would have ideally liked more food choices at breakfast. We would have liked the option of having our towels left in the room rather than being changed each morning by the cleaner, as it is better for the environment. We were otherwise very happy with our stay though! |
