The owners were lovely - friendly and helpful, and happy to try to communicate with us in English when my tiny bit of French was insufficient! We had one minor problem with our room, which was fixed immediately when we asked. The room was clean, with comfortable beds, and there were lovely pictures on the wall to cheer up the room. We would have ideally liked more food choices at breakfast. We would have liked the option of having our towels left in the room rather than being changed each morning by the cleaner, as it is better for the environment. We were otherwise very happy with our stay though! |

Location was fantastic, room was very clean, free wifi and a few English TV channels. The room was slightly run down and outdated. |

We used two rooms at the Hotel Savoie. We were very satisfied with the rooms, which were basic, but extremely clean and neat. The owners are wonderful, and enjoy a family life just downstairs. They were very accommodating with my poor French language skills and suggestions for dinner places in Blois. A very nice place in a wonderful city to visit. Leon and Judy Craig It was a little tricky to find as a driver, but wonderfully accessible for those travelling by train. |

The reading room downstairs was inviting and cosy. The shower was too small and perhaps a lift could be installed to make carrying luggage easier. |

Great location, as it was close to the train and taxi stand. Just down the road from the Chateau. The staff was nice, but was there on duty. Did not matter to us, as we did not need them. Would stay again! |

Very cute and comfortable room that felt very warm and welcoming and authentic French. Very cool common areas like the lounge and breakfast area. |

The clean room, the calm and nice atmosphere, the staff who answered helpful to all my questions and that the hotel is situated really near the center. Everything was perfect. |

Rooms very clean, location convenient, hotelier pleasant, air conditioning!!!!, Wonderful dinner and evening activity recommendations. Also, son left orthodontic retainer at hotel. Hotelier kindly taking the trouble to mail it back to us and accepting our payment for this upon our receipt and return from our travels. This extraordinary service is very, very much appreciated!!! |

The room was quiet and very clean. It was a two stars hotel but it was better that I stayed three stars hotel where I stayed the previous night. The location was great as just few minutes from the rail station. Besides, it was no noise from the out side and very quiet place to stay. I think the hotel has been well refurbished. I can't find anything about any thing about negative thing from this hotel. There was no lift but the stair cases are wide and it was no problem to carry my suitcase to the top floor. |
