The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was fine. The location was great as it was right downtown and within walking distance of the grotto. The staff also recommended excellent meals for evening dining. The rooms were a little dated and it was not very quiet at night. I could hear doors opening in the hall and that woke me during the night. |

reception staff were particularly helpfull and the siuation of the hotel was excellent breakfast facilities were poor with a waitress who seemed to resent her job and very little choice of food |

Close to necessary amenities The computer did not function properly and the charge for using was exhorbitant and totally out of line in comparison with other hotels. Breakfast expensive considering the limited choice of food items. |

Calmness, efficiency of staff, nice reception area. The breakfast arrangement are not clear. If you eat only what is on your table the rate is different than if you use the buffet. It is misleading. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Car parking was easy. Value for money was good and although not flash had all the facilities we needed. Easy walk to the attractions of Loudres. |

Fantastic loctaion, close to the religious aspects of Lourdes but tucked away from the hustle & bustle of the place. Great hotel, very welcoming staff and a convenient garage if your motoring. 10/10 i'd say so go for it! |

The staff were outstanding! In every way!!! My bed was not quite level...it sloped in one direction and had me fighting to stay off the floor. The other three beds were fine. |

I drove to Lourdes with my wife who required the use of a wheelchair. Stayed 2 nights (Oct 08) . The location and garage facilities at this hotel are ideal for someone in this situation. The help & advice given by the hotel manager for getting about the town was invaluable - e.g the use of the public lift. The hotel menu was restricted, but the quality was good. Would definitely stay there again. |
