Well-designed bathroom - great shower - good level of lighting for a French hotel - good selection for buffet breakfast Nearest restaurants and bars are at least a 10 minute walk away. Ok for us, but wouldn't suit everyone. |

Close proxmimty to the tram and the shopping centre (Meridiack) The advertising board on the other side of the road kept up awake all night with its whirring (appredciate it's not the hotels fault but ruined our stay.)And the anti-smoking air freshener - we requested a non-smoking room. |

The room and location was good enough for one-night-stay, but general feeling of the hotel is not good due to unpleasent smell in elevator and passages. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, easy and quick access to the town centre. No tea / coffee making facilities in rooms, room looked a little tired but was at least clean. |

Very basic hotel, tired looking and not very warm (welcoming). But for the price it is clean and convenient. 10-15 min walk to centre or very nice metro close by. Free secured parking, quiet area. Ok for a couple of nights..I would stay again. You don't go to Bordeaux to spend a lot time in your room! Bed not comfortable. Could replace mattresses and do a little interior decorating and would be quite a nice place. |

Location good, good value. I had requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room and I was reasonably confident that the hotel was not full. However the receptionist claimed there were non-available. This is a case of you get what you pay for. |

The location was ok, a 15 minute walk to the main shops and pedestrian area. The hotel has its own secured car parking and the room although rather small, was very clean and more than adequate for a one or two night stay. Reception staff were helpful and it was reasonablly good value for money. The continental breakfast was very basic. The bed was really rather small and not the comfiest but just about ok. |

I love this hotel stayed twice now, and it is very good, also they have free parking that is good for me, would stay again and again very clean and comfortable, the staff are very freindly and called us a taxi as it was raining and we didnt want to wak into the center that is only a 10 min walk, do not go though to the Indian restuarnat called Taj mahal, that is a horrid place the food was cold The corridors smell, damp and smoky |
