Helpful staff, air conditioning proved to be essential as we had record temperatures for October. Not quite as central as we had hoped. |

The location of the hotel is good only 10 minutes from the centre. The hotel was clean but was a little worn probably needed updating |

Staff were very helpful! Clean rooms and close to city center. Good for a weekend in Bordeaux and very good deal. Do not go for the breakfast, it is not worth 7.50, you can buy a cheaper, better breakfast down the road. |

Small but comfortable room; bed was quite big compared to the rest. Also if the room was facing a major road the place is quite peaceful, bathroom was clean and comfortable. There's a good restaurant 5 meters away from the exit of the hotel. 10 minutes waiting in front of the door before the waiter opened it, except from this everything was ok. |

Airconditioned, well-sized rooms with complementary parking and an awesome shower. In addition, free wi-fi internet, which was an excellent surprise as you usually have to pay. There could have been more hanging space and shelves. Also there was no standard bar fridge in the room, which would have proved useful. |

A good value hotel close to places of interest in Bordeaux. Private car park is a plus. The double bed was small. |

Ideal location for overnight stay. Had secure parking on site. Restaurants, bars, shops etc a 10 mins walk from the hotel. A hugh city to explore, would need for than a one night stay to make the most of it. |

The staff were very helpful. The room was closer to a 3 star than a two. Parking was secure and free! A definite bonus. |

Nice rooms and friendly staff for the price paid. Great value. A bit smelly in the corridor, but only just there. I had to pay cash because the credit card machine was not working Not ideal. |

Close proximity to city centre, free parking, air conditioning, and was pretty easy to find. Upon arrival our room was not ready and although we were given a free upgrade to a bigger room it was a smoking room and came with an annoying automatic air freshening device which was really loud. |

It was a lovely and comfortable experience. Just a bit further than I realized from the city centre. |

Well-designed bathroom - great shower - good level of lighting for a French hotel - good selection for buffet breakfast Nearest restaurants and bars are at least a 10 minute walk away. Ok for us, but wouldn't suit everyone. |

Close proxmimty to the tram and the shopping centre (Meridiack) The advertising board on the other side of the road kept up awake all night with its whirring (appredciate it's not the hotels fault but ruined our stay.)And the anti-smoking air freshener - we requested a non-smoking room. |

The room and location was good enough for one-night-stay, but general feeling of the hotel is not good due to unpleasent smell in elevator and passages. |
