very nice english speaking staff, staff were very helpful, secure car parking was no problem at the hotel.The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definately stop there again.

Second time in Best Western Hotels in France. Definitively never again. Services from the past Century. The room no comfortable at all. Could take a breakfast at 08:15. Everything finished and the staff didn´t replace

The room was clean and smart and the bed was very comfortable. The concierge, Erik, was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and with helping us to park the car. Parking would have been a problem without paying 8 euros a day for the use of the hotel garage. The location is good, within walking distance of restaurants and the castle.

The shower was in the bedroom itself and leaked water along the floor. The toilet was behind a door, but the door had been affected by the water from the shower and wouldn't shut properly. A shame as the room looked clean and modern and would otherwise have been perfect.

Location is excellent, hotel very functional, cheap and cheerful, ideal for a 1 night stop over while travelling through France, town lovely, nice places for food / drink.

make sure to pre-book parking - only 6 spaces in garage - €8 per night which is fine - if your car is packed for travelling you may not want to leave it in a public car park over night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in excellent condition. The bathroom was very unique. All essential amenities were available. The hotel also has an excellent fine dining restaurant.

The windows of our room opened up to the main road, so we couldn't open it and there was no fresh air. Also, soundproofing is not too good.

Very clean, nice room. The city also worth visiting, thus making good combination. I was informed about services and internet connections without asking which was very nice.

Afetr I opened fawcet there was terrible noise from the vibrationg pipe and water drain from the shower was probably plugged so after 2 minutes I was standing in dirty water. But that was small thing in relation to comfort and service.

Welcoming staff, free wifi and a comfortable room along with the restaurant located in the hotel which had a good French menu and knowledgeable staff with good English.

Petit bemol: il faisait très chaud dans la chambre.

Malgré sa situation tout à fait centrale, aucun bruit de la rue ne parvient dans les chambres, donc avons pu dormir parfaitement bien.

Nous avons pris la chambre luxe. La literie exceptionnelle, la déco de la chambre très bien et le petit déjeuner très copieux et valant bien 11€. Beaucoup de petits détails sympatiques : gateaux et eau à l'arrivée bouilloires, necessaire couture, gel douche...

Au vu du prix de la chambre, les finitions niveau déco laissent à désirer (peintures), nous aurions pu avoir une baignoire plutot qu'une douche et l'accès "terrasse" est décevant (sol plastique vert et une chaise). Autre détail : la télé ne faisait pas la HD. Enfin les serviettes étaient petites. Ces détails ont leur importance vu le prix de la chambre équivalent à un hotel sur Paris. Rapport qualité prix un peu en dessous des prestations attendues.
