The location was quite good and there was a car park.Receptionists were quite helpful.

Room was very basic and small. The way down from the rooms to the ground floor was through a curious back entrance.

Car park is a big hit, great location for bars and restaurants and shops

Hotel could do with updating especially the bathrooms. But all in all a great one night stopover venue and would use again

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, the room was very comfortable and well equipped. All in all I would have liked to have been able to stay longer.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good

Basically the place is a dump with shabby decor and a tiny bedroom

was delayed on trip which led to arriving late. received a helpful telephone call from the hotel giving instructions and information on checking in after hours. secure onsite parking was good. unfortunately arrived so late didn't get chance to see the city but there were bars and restaurants outside the hotel which itself had its own restaurant

room appeared a little dated but adequate for our overnight stay

    1. . Very correct the personnel. 2. Good breakfast. 3. Good restaurant too.

1- Rooms were in acceptable situation but corridors, halls etc, are rather obsolete. 2- Lack of elements to carry the lugagges from the hotel main door up to the lifts to the rooms, and viceversa.

The underground parking next to the hotel was very good and the reception staff helpful. Rooms were basic but clean and a good strong shower. The old town is nearby and worth a visit but do not eat there as the food is awful. Go back up to the square to eat which is near the hotel and a really good bakery is just round the corner.

The name of the hotel on was Citodel but the name of the hotel was something in addition to that which made finding it a bit trickier than anticipated.

Excellent location and nice polite staff.

The hotel is a bit run down, and we could have used an aircon in the room.

Good location, friendly service, fan in rooms, very helpful to have a car park at a good rate.

The colour scheme was so old and off-putting. Dark brown/ochre colours remind me of 1960s. And the restaurant decor made us laugh! Our room smelt of smokers. Had a very depressing feel. We could have had a cheaper night at citi appartments who have modern simple-style units. We nearly didn't stay. A colour-scheme make-over would make all the difference.
