The first night I came late in the evening and found small bugs in the bed. The emergency tel no was not answered so I could not change the room at that night (the reception desk was closed). It was a sleepless night. The next day I got another room. |

The location was fantastic! About a minute walk to the beach! Staff very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. Free internet access was a bonus too. Felt secure at night because the door had a code on. Only very few things - the bedroom and bathroom were quite small. Would not suit elderly people. Lift is also very small. Be warned that it can get noisy at night if at front of hotel. |

Very friendly staff, very clean room, very well located As you can expect from these sea side hotel, it is not the cheapest but you pay the price of being literaly 30 second walk from the ocean. The walls are also quite thin so you might hear what's going on in the room next door if you have noisy neighbours... The parking might be a bit tricky on a busy day but again, globally, nothing worse than what you could expect from a 2* sea side hotel in the center of town so close to the beach, the nightlife, the restaurants |

location was ok, fridge in the room was useful. staff gave good advice on the town and some other cities, they had maps and brochures in the reception as well. room wasn't very clean and hotel is quite old-fashioned. there were some old blood stains in the bedspread when we arrived and it wasn't changed. the key was supposed to leave on the wall next to the reception when going out of the hotel, but nobody really watched over the keys. |

Las habitaciones y el hotel en general olían a rancio. Había estado en este hotel hace 4 años y por eso repetí, pero no se si lo volvería hacer. La relación calidad-precio no es justa. |

Le personnel est tres accueillant et gentil. La situation pres de la plage est super. Mes meilleurs voeux au personnel et a la direction. J'espere de vous revoir. A la prochaine! La rue est un peu trop bruyant dans la nuit. |

Utmärkt läge på liten gata som leder ner till en liten central badplats. Personalen är mycket trevlig. Det finns tillgång till gratis internet i receptionen. |

Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och ovanligt duktiga på engelska för att vara i Frankrike. Långsam internetuppkoppling som funkade ganska dåligt på vårt rum. A/C:n lät högt och trots detta var temperaturen i rummet för hög. |

Удобное расположение, в историческом центре, рядом с пляжем. Найти днем свободное место на общественной парковке довольно сложно, но вечером спокойно перепарковались рядом с отелем. Общение с персоналом сложностей не вызывало. |

La proximité du centre ville et de la mer Nous avion réservé 2 chambres triples à 122 et 127 Eur et lorsque nous sommes arrivées, on nous à dit que la chambre triple à 127 n'était plus disponible et que du coup nous aurions 2 doubles à 80 Eur chacune, ce qui fait 160 Eur au lieu de 127 Eur. Nous n'avons bien sûr pas accepté en leur répondant que c'était leur erreur et non la notre. |

L'accueil, pas de parking ( très difficile de se garer à Biarritz), le buffet du petit déjeuner pauvre et pas qualitatif, les douches des chambres ( vétustes et douteuses),l'impression que les clients touristes ne sont pas si bienvenus que cela!!! Cet hôtel est plutot un deux étoiles et non un trois. |
