Excellent hotel in city centre with parking, with warm welcome. First hotel we have ever found in France with enough light to be able to read in bed.Very clean and with first class bathroom with good water pressure. Very quiet for such a centrally located hotel. Gentlemen, be warned, my wife found the nearby shopping excellent. Perfevct location for celebrating a round number anniversary. One way systems and pedestrianisation of town centre make this hotel hard to find by satnav. Download directions before leaving home. |

The hotel has a very central position and is near to shops and restaurants. The car parking is a huge bonus in a city location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. our room was rather gloomy and looked out onto a high concrete wall with building works going on next door. Sometimes quite noisy.Hotel had areas blocked off with work going on wish we had been warned before that it was in the process of a renovation. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful, and spoke a very good level of English too. No soundproofing. You could hear voices, walking and the shutting and opening of doors from the guests next to my room as well as the ones above. Not to mention the snoring from one of the guests at 4am! |

A great location, perfect for the old town, the Boulevard de Pyrenees and the new shopping areas. The staff were helpful, very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was very basic, with a non-functioning mini-bar. The toilet had been left unflushed, and the bathroom tiles were dirty (traces of blood!). Shared corridor areas were in need of a clean and paintwork was chipped and dirty. The staff are great, but the state of the hotel means we wouldn't recommend it, and we do question its three star rating. |

Can't be more central, very friendly & helpful staff, free hotel parking available. The single beds are very narrow (80cm). The automatic lighting system in the bathroom switches the light off every time you take a shower, for you're out of sight from the sensor. You can't sleep with the window open for it is way too loud (street noise). |

Central - Pratique - Accueil - Température fraiche dans la chambre - Douche pas chauffée - Eau chaude plutôt tiède - Mur de séparation avec la chambre d'à côté trop fine : mon réveil initialement prévu à 8 h a été à 6 h en même temps que celui de ma voisine 6 h et j'ai eu droit à tout... |

La chambre calme et tranquille, le lit très confortable. Les salles d'eau sont très bien et très propres. La douche est super. Manque de luminosité naturelle dans la chambre et moquette... selon le gout de chacun... |
