The hotel has a great location and the parking offered was good -- right nearby and easy to get into. Our room was very tiny and tired.

Lady at receiption (check-in time) was very sampathic. When we had a problem of the room (water for toilette), we got another better room. Facility is very old. Air conditioning was very noisy.

Very centrally located, a few yards from the cathedral and a short walk from the castle at Pau. A free parking space was provided. Lovely, friendly receptionist. Breakfast could have had more variety of bread, but otherwise was good.

The room was very nice, the staff professional, good secure parking, and the location excellent for city touring. The hotel doesn't offer views of Pau.

Lovely staff, free parking, central location, big comfortable room The noise from the street was terrible. We sleep with our window opening and the noise was for a vast majority of the night both traffic and people noise.if staying, ask for a room not facing the street.

The room was tiny and definitely not value for money. Nor could it remotely be described as a "Grand Comfort Room". Also the hotel was definitely not as described in the promotional literature. It was more like a cheap hotel for tavelling salesmen.

Lovely city with picturesque location--gorgew dividing it (very like Los Alamos on New Mexico, but greener)..The funicular ti railway is great--and it's free, an extraordinary service. Mediterranean aspect is a plus.

Good central location - staff at reception and in breakfast room very helpful and friendly Rather hot weather and no air conditioning. Room overlooked main street, so too noisy to open french doors early in morning
