Ideally placed in Pau for visiting the city sights. The hotel has its own off street parking and the reception staff are charming and helpful. A good breakfast which can if you wish be served in your room. Rather bleak plain white decor, Very shabby in places and in need of a facelift! No bar.

The room was tiny and definitely not value for money. Nor could it remotely be described as a "Grand Comfort Room". Also the hotel was definitely not as described in the promotional literature. It was more like a cheap hotel for tavelling salesmen.

Lovely city with picturesque location--gorgew dividing it (very like Los Alamos on New Mexico, but greener)..The funicular ti railway is great--and it's free, an extraordinary service. Mediterranean aspect is a plus.

Good central location - staff at reception and in breakfast room very helpful and friendly Rather hot weather and no air conditioning. Room overlooked main street, so too noisy to open french doors early in morning

Very centrally located, a few yards from the cathedral and a short walk from the castle at Pau. A free parking space was provided. Lovely, friendly receptionist. Breakfast could have had more variety of bread, but otherwise was good.

Lovely staff, free parking, central location, big comfortable room The noise from the street was terrible. We sleep with our window opening and the noise was for a vast majority of the night both traffic and people noise.if staying, ask for a room not facing the street.

The young lady in reception was incredibly helpful....providing an ice bucket and ice for our Champaine, and giving us lots of local information. It was our wedding anniversary and it could not have been better.
