Nice staff, clean rooms good value. Shower over bath with no means of attaching shower head to the wall to take a "normal" shower. Continental breakfast costing €9 I thought was a bit expensive for what was on offer.

I always stay at the Saint Vincent when travelling through to Switzerland (through France) Like it a lot. Accomodation is good, I always enjoy the Breakfast but my favourite dish is no longer on the menu?????????????????????? The Male Receptionist is one of the most helpful; people I have met. All V.Good/Good

We have used this hotel for several years now, always for the first stopover from Calais to further south. Therefore we like the comfort factor of familiarity coupled with it being easy to find from the A26. Nothing seems to change, we know what to expect and that is its appeal. Admittedly the rooms seem jaded and in need of a facelift, but it must be a struggle to carry out anything major these days. In the ground floor bedroom there was a faint stale smell, I've noticed it before and asked to be moved upstairs, this year I had to stick with it due to my husband's deteriorating mobility.

Your receptionist was very welcoming and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. Location to Laon cathedral was great and the restaraunt was first class.Good breakfast was available to start the day. The room we had, 108, smelt of smoke which spoilt our stay.

Easy to find and reasonable stopover on way to Paris or further south - with plus of most interesting medieval village to roam and find convivial place to eat. Everything clean and acceptable for short stay.

The concierge was very helpful during our stay, even to the point that we hadn't ordered breakfast but there was no hesitation in providing it when we asked in the rnorning if it wS possible. Visitors should be aware that it is a long walk to Laon from the hotel and a car is necessary. However the medieval city and cathedral are well worth a visit.

L'accessibilité à un parking devant la chambre. La difficulté d'obtenir un journal du jour, vers 21h en sortant du restaurant de l'hôtel, avec pour réponse : "c'est pour mes clients", probablement ceux du restaurant (et nous y avions dîné), qui semblent être différents de ceux de l'hôtel situé au même endroit ! Nous n'avons pas très bien compris la subtilité, et avons reposé le journal !

Uitstekende service van de gastheer aan de hotelbalie. Niets was te veel om ons van toeristische informatie en tips te voorzien. Ook kaarten van de omgeving werden spontaan verstrekt. De middeleeuwse stad van Laon op de berg is schitterend. De omgeving is rijk aan historie en oude bouwwerken. Met name de geschiedenis van de 1e wereldoorlog die zich daar heeft afgespeeld is indrukwekkend.
