It is ok for a stop over enroute to somewhere. Wouldn't stay longer than one night.The restaurant was good and service too. Just a little too far from the centre of town. |

for the price the hotel is adequate for an overnight or short stay. easy to find and plenty of free parking. gound floor rooms have no opening small windows just patio style doors which makes it rather stuffy at night. |

The hotel was ideal as a stop over on returning from the Alps, the rooms were comfortable and the restuarant food was good. Breakfast was poor and over priced |

We wanted to spend a weekend in rheims - but found all the hotels (including hotels in laon) were fully booked with people attending the Socialist Party Congress in Rheims We only syayed there as it was the nearest room to Rheims - we wouls have chosen a 4 star hote i9n Rheims if any had been available. |

This is a good hotel for a one night stay at Laon. The breakfast is great value for the money (a buffet breakfast for 7 euros). The rooms are simple but ok for this price range. The bathroom was below expectations. The tub, like many places in France, does not have a high hook for the shower. This means, in practice, that the room has no shower. Also the bathroom door was broken and the door itself is of low quality (light and sound gets through easily). Another room had cigarrette smoke smell. |

Good location when travelling south & Laon is a lovely place to visit The non smoking room we were offered stank of smoke but the staff were able to move us into another fresher room. However, the bed was rock hard! |

Convenient Absolutely appalling smell of cigarette smoke in rooms. Even our clothes smelled after staying 1 night. Totally unacceptable. |

Close to motorway and easy to find. Simple but clean, ideal for stopover. A kettle and tea/coffee facilities would have been helpful. Take your own. |
